HAWAIISE HAMBURGERS:

350 g gemaalde beesvleis
50 ml gerasperde ui
1 knoffelhuisie, fyngedruk
2,5 ml Worcestersous
'n knippie fyn koljander
3 ml suiker
Sout en peper na smaak
‘n knippie gemengde kruie
2 pynappelringe
2 hamburgerbroodjies
20 ml botter
2 slaaiblare
30 ml hamburgersous
Meng die eerste 8 bestanddele goed saam.
Vorm 2 groot plat ronde koekies.
Voorverhit verbruiningsbak vir 6 – 8 minute op volle krag en bak hulle vir 1 minuut op volle krag, draai om en mikrogof vir nog 3 – 4 minute op volle krag/ sit koekies in baksakkie sodat dit plat lê en bak hulle vir 3 – 4 minute op volle krag.
Haal uit en bedek om warm te hou.
Sorteer die pynappelringe in verbruiningsbak vir 1 minuut aan beide kante op volle krag/2de opsie bo, maak pynappelringe net warm.
Haal uit.
Plaas broodrolletjies op ‘n papierhandoek, bedek met nog papier en mikrogolf vir 20 sekondes op volle krag.
Sny rolletjies oop en smeer met botter.
Plaas blaarslaai, vleiskoekie, hamburgersous en pynappelring op elke helfte.
Sit dadelik voor.
BURRITOS:
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
8 flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crumble pork sausage into 2-qt casserole.
Cover with paper towel and microwave on high 7 to 9 minutes, breaking up and stirring after 4 minutes, until no longer pink; drain.
Stir in chili powder, salt, cumin, tomato and garlic.
Cover tightly and microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
Place 4 tortillas between damp paper towels on 10-inch plate.
Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until softened and hot (keep tortillas covered while working with filling).
Spread about 1/4 cup refried beans over each warm tortilla.
Spoon about 1/3 cup sausage mixture onto center of each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Roll up; arrange seam sides down on 10-inch plate.
Cover with paper towel and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until filling is hot.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serving Size: 8

Hol die broodjie uit aan die bokant, maar nie regdeur nie.
Braai uie, greenpeper, sampioene en bacon saam. Jy kan ook 'n bietjie vleiserigheid
hierby sit. [ham, weense worsies gesny, ietjie maalvleis, boeliebeef ens. Jy kan ook 'n bietjie Simonsberg se mostert of rissie roomkaas by inroer.]
Vul die holte met hierdie vulsel.
Sprinkel kaas bo-oor.
Plaas gevulde broodjie in mikrogolfoond of gewone oond, totdat kaas gesmelt is.
CHEESEBURGER AND FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE IN CONVECTION OVEN:
2 medium potatoes or 3 to 4 small red potatoes
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/4 cup diced dill pickle or dill pickle relish
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
4 slices American cheese
Cut potatoes into french fry-size sticks.
Spread onion and pickle evenly on bottom of microwave-safe dish. Crumble beef evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper. Blend ketchup and mustard and drizzle over beef. Cover with cheese and scatter potatoes on top. Cover tightly with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 15 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on your microwave) or until beef and potatoes are done. Let sit for two minutes. Use oven mitts or tongs to remove from microwave. Remove plastic wrap carefully to prevent burns from steam.

Makes: 10
Ready In: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pound hot dogs
1 x 1 1/4 ounces Chili With Beans, Canned
1 cup water
10 Hot Dog Buns -- split
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Directions:
In microwave-safe 1 1/2 quart casserole, place hot dogs; cover.
Microwave on high for 2 or 3 minutes until hot.
Let stand covered.
Meanwhile in microwave-safe casserole, combine chili and water, cover.
Microwave on high for 1 or 2 minutes until hot.
Place hot dogs in buns.
Spoon chili over.
Sprinkle with onions.
SUPER QUICK BURGERS:
225 g minced beef
2 hamburger buns
2 leaves lettuce
2 slices tomato
Potato crisps
Shape beef into 2 patties, about 2.5 cm thick. Line 21.5 cm microwave-safe shallow pie dish with kitchen paper; place patties on top.
Cook, covered with kitchen paper, on High ( 100% powder ) for 2-3 minutes, turning patties over halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Place in buns with lettuce and tomato. Serve with potato crisps.
MICRO HOT SAUERKRAUT CLUBS: [EASY MICROWAVE MEALS]
4 thick slices of French bread
1 tbsp butter
4 slices of bologna
4 slices of salami
1 (16 oz.) can of sauerkraut
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
HERE'S HOW:
Spread butter on French bread and add a slice of bologna and salami. Add sauerkraut and cheese. Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until warmed.
