MIKROGOLF PAPTERT:

2 koppies Iwiza meel
2 koppies melk
2 koppies water
1 eetlepel margarien
3 eiers
1 blik creamed sweetcorn
1 koppie gerasperde kaas
sout
Gooi eerste 4 bestandele bymekaar in mikrogolf bak, bedek en sit in mikrogolfoond vir 15 minute (roer elke 5 minute met vurk)
Klits die eiers. gooi dan biietjie van die warm pap by die eiers en meng, gooi dan mengel in pap + sweetcorn + kaas + sout
Mikrogolf vir 20 minute (roer 2 keer gedurende gaarmaaktyd]
MIELIEPAPMUFFINS:
• 2 koppies mieliemeel
• 4 koppies water
• 1 teelepel sout
• 3 eetlepels olyfolie of botter
• 2 eiers
• 2 hande vol kaas, gerasper
• 4 eetlepels gekapte vars kruie, of 1 eetlepel droë kruie
• 1 teelepel rooipeper
• 1 teelepel paprika
• 1 koppie heel mieliepitte
• 6 sondroogtamaties, gekap
• 12 kersietamaties, gehalveer
Só maak jy
Maak eers die stywerige pap in jou mikrogolf en laat afkoel.
Meng die res van die bestanddele saam en voeg die koue pap daarby.
Skep die mengsel in ’n gesmeerde muffinpan.
Skep dit maar vol, want dit rys glad nie.
Bak die muffins vir ongeveer 3 - 5 minute op hoog.
Wenk: Die muffins is ’n blink plan as jy oorskietpap het. Dan gooi ek ook ’n hand of drie vol gebraaide spek of oorskietboerewors by en eet dit vir brekfis. Dis ’n geduldige resep dié.

THE BEST MEALY PAP YOU HAVE EVER TASTE:
This is the creamiest, tangiest, most delicious pap you could ask for!
Serve it with braaivleis or just by itself.
Ingredients:
(This recipe is made in the microwave and will serve 6 - 8 people)
3 cups of maize meal (I prefer yellow meal)
4 cups of boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
200 grams butter
1 cup grated mature cheddar cheese
1 tin cream-style sweetcorn
Directions:
1.Cook the maize meal in the water and salt on high in the microwave for 4 minutes in a large, deep glass dish or bowl (if your microwave is not a powerful one, you may need to cook it a little longer)
2.Stir well to remove lumps, cook for another 4 minutes.
3.Add the butter (not margarine), the strong cheddar cheese and the sweetcorn.
4.Cook for another 6 minutes on high, covered (use cling wrap or an inverted plate if your bowl doesn't have a lid)
5.Leave to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
“SLAP PAP”:
Use a 1 .. liter heat resistant bowl with a lid (volume 1 .. liter).
1cup mealiemeal
1t salt
Mix: cold water, mealie-meal and salt (ovenproof dish of 1 liter).
Add 3 cups boiling water and stir.
Microwave for 5 minutes at medium (with the lid) and stir 2 times during the 5 minutes to prevent the “pap” to become watery on top and hard at the bottom.
If you forgot to stir, repair the damage by beating the “pap” with an electric beater until the “pap” become smooth again.
If you microwave the “pap” at medium, the “pap” will be ready in 20 minutes or turn the microwave on low for another 35 minutes.
4 Portions
VINNIGE GROWWE MIELIEPAP:
(Koop “klipgemaalde’’ mieliemeel by gesondheidswinkels/sommige
apteke.)
Meng 2-3 dele water met 1 deel mieliepap (vir ’n koppie gaar mieliepap het jy 6 eetlepels/90 ml rou mieliepap nodig). Kook in mikrogolfoond op hoog vir 5 minute. Roer. Kook weer in mikrogolfoond vir 5 minute. Roer weer en kook dit weer in mikrogolfoond, nou op medium/70% krag vir 10 minute.
KAASPAP:
500 ml Water
500 ml Melk
500 ml Mieliemeel
30 ml Margarien
5 ml Sout
2 Eiers
500 ml Chedder Kaas
1 Blik mieliepitte
Meng die water, melk en meel in 'n diep 2l bak. Voeg margarien en sout by. Bedek en mikrogolf teen 100% krag vir 15 minute. Roer elke 5 minute met vurk. Rasper die kaas. Klop die eiers liggies. Klop 'n bietjie van die warm pap by die eiers. Klop die pap/eiermengsel vinnig by die res van die pap. Roer kaas en mieliepitte by. Bedek en mikrogolf by 50% krag vir 20 minute. Roer die pap goed na die eerste 10 minute. Laat die pap 'n paar minute staan. Sit warm voor.

Hierdie pap is heerlik saam met braaivleis.
STYWE PAP IN MIKROGOLF:
750ml kookwater [3kop]
250ml braaipap [1kop]
5ml sout [1t]
10ml margarien [2t]
SO MAAK JY :
Voeg die kookwater by meel, bedek en sit in oond vir 3 minute op HOOG – roer goed.
Kook weer vir 3 minute op HOOG en roer weer.
Kook vir nog 15 minute op 30% krag [LOW] steeds bedek.
