125 ml milk
175 ml water
2 eggs
4 ml salt
250 ml flour
1 sachet potato bake, cheese & bacon lavour
500 g beef sausages
Beat milk, water, eggs and salt together. Add flour and potato bake mixing well to form a smooth batter. Leave to rest. Microwave the
sausages in roaster a for 10 minutes on 70% power. Pour batter into greased Lasagne Bowls, press sausages into batter. Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes until done.
CHORIZO POTATO AND PEPPER TORTILLA:

Ingredients
225g/9oz medium new potatoes, washed
15ml/1tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
50g/2oz chorizo sausage, sliced
4 large eggs
25g/1oz cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Prick the potatoes all over with a fork and place in a micro-proof bowl. Add a splash of water, cover the bowl with an upturned plate
and microwave on HIGH for 6 mins, stirring once, until the potatoes are tender. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Slice the potatoes.
2. Place the pepper and oil in a micro-proof 20cm/8in wide shallow dish. Cover with an upturned plate and cook on HIGH for 2 mins. Stir in the potatoes and chorizo.
3. Beat the eggs with seasoning and pour over the hot vegetables. Stir well. Cover with an upturned plate and cook on HIGH for 1 min 30 secs. Stir well, pushing the cooked egg into the middle of the dish, shake to level.
4. Cover with the plate and cook on HIGH for a further 2 mins.
Leave to stand for 3 mins.
Scatter over the cheese and cook on HIGH for 1 min until the cheese has melted or, if liked, brown under a hot grill. Remove from the dish and cut into wedges.

Pour batter into greased Lasagne Bowls, press sausages into batter.
Bake at HIGH for 10 - 15 minutes until done.

500 gr. skilfer deeg
8 worsies
100 gr. kaas

Voorbereiding van maaltye:
Voorheen gevries en ontdooi deeg rol te gewenste dikte, sny dit in 8 gelyke stukke te meet 10x15 cm sny kaas in 8 dun wiggies. Op elke stuk deeg die wors en kaas te maak. Draai die buis in 'n pan en braai in 'n bietjie olie, draai, tot goudbruin. Dan sit op 'n papier handdoek sodat dit opgeneem het te veel olie. Toe het wors in die deeg op 'n bord en stuur dit in die mikrogolfoond totdat dit ten volle gekookte deeg met 100% krag vir 3 minute.
