8 MIN SJOKOLADEKOEK MIKROGOLF:

250ml koekmeel
45ml kakao
250ml kookwater
2 eiers
12ml bakpoeier
250ml suiker
50ml kookolie
2ml sout
5ml vanilla
 
Sif droë bestandele.
Voeg suiker by.
Meng eiers, kookwater, kookolie en saam.
Voeg vanilla by.
Meng met meelmengsel.
Gooi in gesmeerde mikrogolfoond-pan/ek bak myne in ' tupperware jelring.
Bak 8 min by 100% krag.
SOUS:
190ml suiker
45ml kakao
375ml water
5ml vanilla  

Voeg alles bymekaar en kook. (Ek het nie myne gekook nie, sommer net gemeng)
Wanneer koek uit mikrogolfoond kom, gooi oor.
Wag tot afgekoel en gooi room oor.

LEKKER WORTEL EN PIESANG MIKROGOLF KOEK:
Sif saam:
350 ml koekmeel
5 ml bakpoeier
5 ml koeksoda
5 ml kaneel
3 ml sout
Voeg by:
250 ml bruin suiker
250 ml gekapte okkerneute of pekanneute
125 ml piesang – fyn gedruk
250 ml gerasperde wortel
150 ml olie
25 ml water
2 groot eiers
5 ml vanieljegeursel
SO MAAK JY:
Meng als saam.
Gooi in
uitgevoerde plastiekbak/mikrogolfbak.
Sit in mikrogolfoond vir 11 – 14 minute op medium.
Laat afkoel.
Versier met roomkaas & versiersuiker:
37,5 ml margarien
250 ml versiersuiker
50 ml roomkaas
5 ml vanieljegeursel
Meng saam en versier koek.·  

MIKROGOLF MARMITE KOEK:
Beslag:
Halwe koppie suiker 10ml Bakpoeier
Halwe koppie Margarien 1 en halwe koppie meel
2 Eiers 
2ml Sout
1 Koppie Melk
So maak mens:
Meng droee bestanddele saam en meng margarien daarby in. Klits eiers en melk saam en voeg by mengsel. Meng goed en gooi in warm ringvorm. Mikrogolf vir 10 minue op hoog. Laat effens afkoel (3 minute) en keer uit op koekbord.
Sous:
4 Eetlepels Margarien
10ml Marmite
Fyn biltong vir oorstrooi.  
SO MAAK JY:
Smelt margarien en marmite saam en
gooi oor warm koek. Strooi biltong oor - kan ook fyn gerasperde kaas gebruik. Bedien louwarm.

HEUNINGKOEK: (Honeycomb)Georgia
Bestanddele Mikrogolf
250 ml Suiker
250 ml Gouestroop
12½ ml Wit asyn
12½ ml Koeksoda
Metode Mikrogolf
Meng suiker, asyn en stroop saam. Mikrogolf nou vir 4 minute op hoog.
Haal uit en roer goed. Sit terug in die mikrogolf en mikrogolf weer vir 4 minute.
Gooi koeksoda in die mengsel en laat dit "kook". Voer ronde tert pannetjies uit
met tin foelie. Gooi nou die mengsel in die tert pannetjies en laat afkoel. Sit in die yskas vir 20 tot 30 minute tot geset. Haal uit die pannetjies, trek die foelie af.
Breek in stukkies en geniet.                         

VEELSYDIGE MIKROGOLF KOEK (MAYO):
2 ekstragroot eiers
250 ml (1 k) suiker
15 ml (1 e) mayonnaise
500 ml (2 k) koekmeel
10 ml (2 t) bakpoeier
knippie sout
5 ml (1 t) vanieljegeursel
250 ml (1 k) kookwater
1 blikkie (115 g) grenadellamoes
VERSIERSEL
100 g (1 plak) wit sjokolade, in
blokkies gebreek
25 ml (5 t) grenadellamoes

Voer die boom van ’n mikrogolfringpan
uit met kombuispapier.
KOEK
Klits die eiers, suiker en mayonnaise goed saam. Sif die droë bestanddele saam en roer dit en die vanieljegeursel by die eiermengsel in. Voeg die kookwater en grenadellamoes by en meng goed. Giet die mengsel in die voorbereide pan en mikrogolf 6-7 minute by hoog of tot die koek net-net begin wegtrek van die kante en terugwip as jy liggies met jou vinger daarop druk. Laat die koek in die pan afkoel en keer uit op ’n koekbord.
VERSIERSEL
Smelt die sjokolade in die mikrogolfoond en roer die grenadellamoes by. Skep oor die koek.

MIKROGOLF VRUGTEKOEK:
125 g botter
500 g vrugtekoekmengsel
250 ml (1k) sagte bruin suiker
375 ml (1& 1/2k) water
5 ml (1 t) koeksoda
500 ml (2 k) koekmeel
10 ml (2 t) bakpoeier
10 ml kitskoffiepoeier
5 ml gemengde speserye
5 ml fyn gemmer
knippie sout
100 g glanskersies, in kwarte gesny
100 g amandels, gekap.
2 eiers, geklits
15 ml brandewyn  

Spuit 'n mikrogolf-ring-vorm van 2 liter met kleefwerende middel en voer uit met handdoek papier.
Plaas die botter, vrugtekoekmengsel, bruinsuiker, water en koeksoda in 'n glasbak en mikrogolf vir 10 minute teen 100% krag, moenie roer nie. Laat
heeltemal afkoel (Baie belangrik anders bak die koek nie reg nie).
Sif die droë bestanddele saam en meng met die afgekoelde mengsel. Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en meng goed.
Skep in die voorbereide ringvorm, plaas op 'n omgekeerde piering of andersins 'n eierdosie (in oond) en mikrogolf 20 minute lank teen 50% krag, daarna vir 7-10 minute lank teen 30% krag (ontdooi)
As die koek wegtrek van die kante, is dit reg. Keer uit op 'n draadrakkie en giet
nog 'n bietjie brandewyn oor wanneer afgekoel.
Draai toe in tinfoelie en bêre in 'n lugdigte houer. Lewer 'n groot koek.                       

SJOKOLADE KOEK IN 'N BEKER:  [Uit SARIE KOS]

1-2 porsies
60 ml bruismeel,
60 ml suiker,
30 ml kakao,
knippie sout,
1 eier,
45 ml melk,
45 ml olie.  

Smeer of spuit 'n groot (mikrogolfbare) koffie beker (400 ml of twee kleiner bekers) goed.
Gooi meel, suiker, kakao en sout daarin
.
Meng goed met vurk.
Voeg eier by en meng goed.
Voeg melk en olie by en meng goed.
Sit beker in mikrogolf op 100% krag vir 3 min (of as in die kleiner bekers, een beker op 'n slag vir so 1 min 15 sek).
Die koek rys redelik hoog - dis reg so.
Laat staan vir 'n paar min voordat jy dit uitkeer op 'n bord.
Bedien met room of roomys.

Klits alles goed saam, met elektriese menger en gooi in bereide pan of vorm.
Mikrogolf bo-op ‘n piering vir 6-7 minute
op hoog. 

SJOKOLADEKOEKMETSOUS:[Lynette Ackerman]
SOUS:
40ml margarien,
60ml bruinsuiker,
60ml stroop,
30ml melk,
30ml kakao,
50g gekapte neute.
MENG :
margarien, suiker, stroop, melk en kakao.

Mikrogolf 2min op hoor, roer 2x. roer neute by.
Skep sous in ringpan.
KOEK:
40ml margarien,
125ml bruinsuiker,
160ml bruismeel,
3 eiers,
30ml melk.

Meng alles tot glad, skep versigtig oor sous en maak gelyk.
Mikrogolf 3-4 min op hoog.
Koek met effens wegtrek van kante, dan is dit gaar.

MILJOENêRSKOEK:– [Annette Human]
375 ml bruinsuiker
250 ml water
50 ml brandewyn
250 ml koekmeel
30 ml bakpoeier
knippie sout
1 x 200g donker sjokolade
250g botter of margarien
5 eiers
1 x 200g Heelneutsjokolade
50 ml melk  

Bespuit n 2,5l tuitpan van 23 cm deursnee met Spray & Cook.
Bedek die boom met n sirkel handdoekpapier met n gat in die middel sodat dit plat onder in die pan kan lê.
Mikrogolf 250ml vna die bruinsuiker & water vir 4 minute in n diep 1l bak vir 4 minute op hoog/100% en roer 1 of 2 keer. Laat die stroop afkoel en voeg 25ml van die brandewyn by. Hou eenkant.
Sif die meel, bakpoeier & sout saam. Hou eenkant.
Breek die sjokolade in donker blokkies. Voeg orige bruinsuiker, en die botter by. Mikrogolf by 50%/med vir 4 minute in n diep bak tot gesmelt en roer dit gereeld.
Klop die eiers een-een by die sjokolade mengsel en klop goed na elke byvoeging.
Roer die orige 25 ml brandewyn by en dan die meelmengsel.
Giet die beslag in die tuitpan.
Plaas die pan op n omgekeerde piering in die mikrogolfoond en mikrogolf vir 15 minute by 50%/Medium.
Skep die stroop oor die warm koek.
Laat dit n rukkie afkoel in die pan en keer versigtig uit op n opdienbord.
Verwyder die papier en laat heeltemal koud word.
Breek die pak neutsjokolade in blokkies en mikrogolf dit saam met die melk vir 2 minute op 50%/ medium. Roer goed en skep dit oor die koek. Verkoel die koek in die yskas voor opdiening.
                    
FRAMBROOSBLOKKIES:

(Maak 12-16)
165 g koekmeel
100 g bruinsuiker
¼ t bakpoeier
¼ t sout
150 g hawermout
170 g botter, gesmelt
50 g frambooskonfyt (of enige bessiekonfyt)
 
Meng die meel, bruinsuiker, bakpoeier, sout, en hawermout goed saam in ‘n voedselverwerker.
Voeg die botter by en verwerk tot ‘n growwe krummel-tekstuur.
Deel die beslag in twee en druk die helfte in ‘n mikrogolfoondvaste bak.
Plaas 5 minute in die mikrogolfoond op HOOG.
Smeer ‘n laag frambooskonfyt bo-oor die gebakte beslag, plaas die oorblywende beslag oor die konfyt en plaas weer in die mikrogolfoond vir 4 minute op HOOG.
Laat dit afkoel en sny in blokkies.  

MIKROGOLF WACKY CAKE/POEDING: - [RENTIA VAN DER MERWE]
350ml meel
1 koppie suiker
1 koppie warm water
5ml vanilla
80ml kookoile
5ml sout
5ml koeksoda
80ml cocoa
5ml asyn  

Meng als goed saam. Bak vir 5min in mikrogolf. Laat staan 5 min en toets dan of dit gaar is. Indien nie gaar, bak vir nog n minuut. Laat afkoel. 
Icing:
1/2koppie suiker
60g botter
30ml melk
30ml cocoa
10ml vanilla
60ml neute (opsioeneel)  

Gooi als in n jug. Sit in mikrogolf vir 1min. Meng. Sit in mikrogolf vir nog 1min. Meng weer goed. Gooi oor koek, en laat stol icing voor bediening.
Dis oor heerlik as jy die koek vol gate steek, en dan die icing oor die warm koek gooi. Die icing trek in en maak die lekkerste poeding!

OLIEKOEK VIR DIE MIKROGOLF -[RENTIA VAN DER MERWE ]
450 ml meel
15 ml bakpoeier
5 ml sout
375 ml suiker
5 eiers (Geskei)
125 ml olie
200 ml water
5 ml geursel  

Sif meel, bakpoeier en sout saam. Klop eierwitte styf en hou
eenkant. Meng suiker, eiergele, olie, water en geursel. Meng met droë bestandele. Meng deeglik. Voeg eierwitte by en vou in. Bespuit
of smeer bak deeglik. Skep in twee glas of mikrogolfbakke. Laat staan vir 5 minute. Bak 1 op ‘n slag vir 7 minute in mikrogolf.

LEMOENKOEK:

STROOP:
250ml Onversoete lemoensap
200 ml Witsuiker
15 ml Botter/margarien
5 ml Fyn gerasperde lemoenskil  

Bespuit 'n tuitpan van 2,5lt ,23cm deursnee en 9cm diep met kleefwerende kossproei.
Bedek die bodem met 'n sirkel papierhanddoek met 'n gat in die middel sodat dit plat onder in die pan lê.
Klits die eiers en strooisuiker saam tot lig en sponsagtig.
Mikrogolf die melk en botter 2½ minute oop in 'n diep bak by HOOG [100%]
Sif die bruismeel en sout saam en vou dit liggies by die eiermengsel in.
Voeg die kookmelkmengsel, lemoengeursel en skil by en meng liggies.
Giet die beslag in tuitpan.
Plaas die pan op omgekeerde piering in die mikrogolf.
Mikrogolf vir 10 minute oop op MED HOOG [70%].
Laat die koek afkoel in pan.
Mikrogolf intussen die onversoete lemoensap, suiker, botter en lemoenskil 5 minute oop by HOOG [100%].
Roer dit een of twee keer totdat die suikerkorrels gesmelt het.
Giet die helfte van die warm stroop oor die koek.
Keer die koek versigtig op 'n opdienbord met randjie uit.
Giet die res van die stroop oor dit koek en laat afkoel.
Bewaar die koek in die yskas en versier soos jy verkies.                          

WORTELKOEK IN MIKROGOLF: (Erna Boyder)
180 gr / 370 ml Koekmeelblom
10 ml Kaneel
8 ml Koeksoda
3 ml Neutmuskaat
3 ml Sout
750 ml Gerasperde Wortels
300 gr / 375 ml Suiker
250 ml Olie
100 gr / 250 ml Neute gekap
3 Eiers Geklop
Versiersel (Die versiersel is bietjie baie vir die koek * kan dit verminder)
250 gr Gladde maaskaas
120 gr Botter
50 gr / 125 ml Okkerneute gekap
5 ml Vanieljegeursel
400 gr / 800 ml Versiersuiker – gesif

• Sif meelblom, kaneel, koeksoda, neut, sout saam. Hou eenkant.
• Meng wortels met suiker, olie, neute en eiers. Meng goed.
• Voeg droë bestanddele by. Roer goed. Skep mengsel in 'n diep mikrogolfringpan met 'n deursnee van 250 mm. (Gat in middel).
• Plaas pan op 'n omgekeerde piering en mikrogolf 10 * 11 minute by 100% krag.
Laat effens afkoel. Keer op 'n dienbord uit.
Versiersel
• Klop maaskaas tot glad. Voeg botter by. Klop goed.
• Voeg neute en geursel by. Meng deeglik. Voeg versiersuiker geleidelik by.
Klop dit tot die verlangde tekstuur. Smeer oor koek.                    
                       
BERRY DELICIOUS CAKE:

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Microwave Time: 11 to 15 minutes
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, drained, and chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbps vanilla extract
1 tbsp water  

Begin by greasing a 9×9″ glass (microwave-safe) cake dish.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup of melted butter, and press into the greased dish to form a crust along the bottom.
Mix together flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, 1/3 cup melted butter, milk and egg in a large bowl, until fully mixed.
Pour half of the batter over top the crust, and then layer half of the blueberries and chopped strawberries onto the batter.
Then repeat with another layer of batter and berries.
Microwave the cake, uncovered on high, for 11 to 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
While the cake is cooling, mix together powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Slowly add in water (a few drops at a time) to the powdered sugar and vanilla mixture, until you get a clear, sugary glaze.
Pour the glaze over top the cooled cake, serve and enjoy!

BASIESE BOTTERKOEK:

1 koppie Suiker [200g]
½ koppie Botter of margarien [115g]
2 Ekstra groot eiers
1½ koppie Koekmeel [200g]
2 teelepels Bakpoeier [10ml]
½ teelepel Sout [2ml]
1 koppie Melk [250ml]
½ teelepel Vanieljegeursel [2ml]
'n Paar druppels amandelgeursel  

Bespruit mikrogolfvaste koekbak met 'n deursnee van 22cm en 'n volume van 1,5 lt met kleefwerende kossproei.
Bedek die boom van die bak met 'n sirkel papierhanddoek.
Klits die eerste drie bestanddele goed saam.
Sif die volgende drie bestanddele saam en roer dit by eiermengsel.
Voeg die laaste drie bestanddele by en meng.
Giet die beslag in die bak.
Plaas die bak op 'n omgekeerde piering in die mikrogolf.
Mikrogolf ongeveer 8 minute oop op HOOG [100%]. [Toets met tandestokkie vir gaar]
Draai die bak elke 2 minute as jy nie draaitafel het nie.
Laat die koek vir 'n paar minute staan.
Keer dit op draadrakkie uit of op vel waspapier.
Verwyder die papierhanddoek.
Versier na smaak.                    

HEUNINGKOEK: [MIRKOGOLF WENNERS – ANNETTE HUMAN]

Die koek is deurtrek met heuning stroop. As jy wil kan jy dit versier met styfgeklikste room en pekanneute, maar dit is werklik nie nodig nie.
BESLAG:
16 Tennisbeskuitjies verkrummel
375 ml Pekanneute fyn gekap
7 ml Bakpoeier
2 ml Kaneel
5 Groot eiers
Knypie sout
200 ml Witsuiker
5 ml Vanieljegeursel
STROOP:
250 ml Water
250 ml Witsuiker
100 ml Heuning

Bespuit bak van 20 x 20 x 5cm met kleefwerende kossproei.
Hou eenkant.
Neem verkrummelde tennisbeskuitjies, pekanneute, bakpoeier en kaneel en meng goed.
Hou eenkant.
Skei eiers en klits eierwitte in ‘n groot mengbak tot skuimerig.
Klits die sout by en daarna geleidelik 60 ml van die witsuiker totdat dit ‘n stywe meringue vorm.
Klits die eiergele en oorblywende witsuiker en vanieljegeursel saam tot dik en liggeel.
Vou die eiergeelmengsel liggies met metaallepel by die eierwitmengsel in.
Strooi die krummelmengsel bo-oor en vou liggies in.
Skep die beslag in die bak.
Plaas dit op omgekeerde piering in die mikrogolf.
Mikrogolf beslag 6 – 7 minute oop by 100%[volkrag] tot gaar .
Mikrogolf die water, suiker en heuning vir 5 – 6 minute oop in 1 lt. bak by 100% [volkrag] tot kookpunt en roer dit gereeld totdat suikerkorrels gesmelt het.
Skep die warm stroop oor die koek en laat dit ‘n rukkie staan sodat die stroop in die koek kan intrek.
Sny die koek in 5 cm blokkies en sit voor.

KOFFIEKOEK:

Voeg by meelmengsel.
Meng goed.
Klop eiwitte styf en vou in mengsel.
Gooi in gesmeerde vorm/bak.
Bak 8 – 9 minute op [50%] MEDIUM.
Dan ‘n verdere 2 – 3 minute op volle krag. [HOOG]
Variasies:
Sjokoladekoek – vervang koffie met 60 ml kakao en 5 ml kitskoffie.
Lemoenkoek – vervang koffie en water met 125 ml lemoensap en gerasperde lemoenskil van 1 lemoen.
Vanieljekoek – vervang koffie met 15 ml meelblom en water met 125 ml melk.

VRUGTEKOEK:

250g Dadels, gesny
200g Glanskersies
125g Margarien
250ml Bruinsuiker
250ml Water, koue tee (rooibos) of koffie (swart).

Kook hierdie mengsel saam vir 5-minute op hoog.
Voeg 5ml koeksoda by en roer goed, mengsel sal skuim.

Voeg 100g neute by, verkieslik pekanneute.
500ml Koekmeelblom 
2ml sout
3ml Bakpoeier 
2ml gemmer
2ml Piment of wonderpeper (Allspice, of Mix spice).

Sif boonste saam en voeg by vrugtemengsel.
2 Eiers, geklits 25ml brandewyn
12,5ml Robertson’s Sjokolade kleursel (opsionele).

Klits saam en meng in koekmengsel in.
Voer bak met papierhanddoek.
Bak 15-minute op hoog.
 
HOT CARAMEL APPLE CAKE:

1 20oz can of Apple Pie Filling
3 eggs
1 jar of caramel topping (your choice)  

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
This recipe is not fussy; all the lumps do nothave to be out!!!
Pour batter into 6 ¼ cup cake tin.
In an 1100 watt microwave it takes 10 minutes on high and your cake is ready!!!
Wait 5 min before plating the cake and then drizzle the topping over the top!!
It is delicious!! ENJOY!!!  

STRAWBERRY LOVERS CAKE:

1 20oz can of Strawberry Pie Filling
3 eggs
1 pint of fresh strawberries  

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
This recipe is not fussy; all the lumps do not have to be out!
Pour batter into 6 ¼ cup cake tin.
In an 1100 watt microwave it takes 10 minutes on high and your cake is ready!
Wait 5 min before plating the cake, chop up the strawberries and put over the top.
ENJOY!!! .

PINEAPPLE ANGEL STRAWBERRY CAKE:

1-20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1 pint of fresh whole strawberries  

Mix first 2 ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
This recipe is not fussy; all the lumps do not have to be out!
Pour batter into 6 ¼ cup cake tin.
In an 1100 watt microwave it takes 10 minutes on high and your cake is ready!
Wait 5 min before plating the cake, chop up the strawberries and put over the top!
ENJOY!  

TRIPPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE:

1 package chocolate cake mix
1 (3 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
1 ½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup. chopped pecans, optional  

Mix cake mix, pudding, milk, and eggs together until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into a Jel Ring or similar container. [ringpan met tuit]
Let stand 5-10 minutes before cooking to allow leavening time to work.
Cook at 70% power for 12-14 minutes.
Let cool and turn out onto serving platter.

VEELSYDIGE MIRKOGOLF KOEK: [Deur Huisgenoot ]

Dié maklike mikrogolfoondkoek word met mayonnaise gemaak en nie met olie of margarien nie. Mev. M.M. Lean van Ifafa in Kwa-Zulu-Natal het die resep vir ons gestuur.
KOEK
2 ekstragroot eiers
250 ml (1 k) suiker
15 ml (1 e) mayonnaise
500 ml (2 k) koekmeel
10 ml (2 t) bakpoeier
knippie sout
5 ml (1 t) vanieljegeursel
250 ml (1 k) kookwater
1 blikkie (115 g) grenadellamoes 
VERSIERSEL
100 g (1 plak) wit sjokolade, in blokkies gebreek
25 ml (5 t) grenadellamoes  

Voer die boom van ’n mikrogolfringpan uit met kombuispapier.
KOEK
Klits die eiers, suiker en mayonnaise goed saam.
Sif die droë bestanddele saam en roer dit en die vanieljegeursel by die eiermengsel in.
Voeg die kookwater en grenadellamoes by en meng goed.
Giet die mengsel in die voorbereide pan en mikrogolf 6-7 minute by hoog of tot die koek net-net begin wegtrek van die kante en terugwip as jy liggies met jou vinger daarop druk.
Laat die koek in die pan afkoel en keer uit op ’n koekbord.
VERSIERSEL
Smelt die sjokolade in die mikrogolfoond en roer die grenadellamoes by.
Skep oor die koek.
Bereiding: 7 minute
Baktyd: 6-7 minute                          

SJOKOLADE-OLIEKOEK:

375 ml strooisuiker
500 ml koekmeel
125 ml kakao
15 ml bakpoeier
knypie sout
250 ml warm water
4 ekstra groot eiers
125 ml sonneblom olie
5 ml vanilla geursel 

Spuit ‘n mikrogolf bestande pan 23cm in deursnee.
Sif die strooisuiker, koekmeel, kakao en bakpoeier en sout 3 maal saam.
Mikrogolf die water 1 en half minuut oop by 100% krag.
Skei die eiers en klits die eiergele liggies in ‘n groot mengbak.
Klits die olie en vanilla geursel by en daarna die warm water.
Voeg die meelmengsel by en klop dit tot net gemeng.
Klits die eierwitte styf maar nie te droog.
Vou die eierwitte by die beslag in.
Giet die beslag in die pan en plaas op omgekeerde piering in die mikrogolf.
Mikrogolf 12-14 minute oop by 70% krag tot gaar maar nog effens klam.
Laat afkoel vir 5 minute.
Kooktyd verskil na gelang van mikrogolf.
Begin liefs by 7-8 minute en toets of gaar.  

MICROWAVE BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE:

1 (18-1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup. oil
1 (3-3/4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup. strong coffee
3/4 cup. combined Kahlua & creme de cacao
GLAZE:
1 cup. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. strong coffee
1 tbsp. Kahlua
1 tbsp. creme de cacao

Combine all ingredients and mix 1-2 minutes.
Spread batter in prepared 12 cup microwave Bundt dish and microwave for 12 minutes on 50% power and high 1-8 minutes until done.
Let stand 10 minutes directly on counter top covered with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Invert and cool, covered with waxed paper or leave the baking dish inverted over the cake to prevent excess evaporation of moisture. 
To Glaze:
Combine ingredients and drizzle over cake.
Serves 12.                            

MICROWAVE BANANA NUT COFFEE CAKE:

Microwave - 700 watts
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (about 1)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
5 ml coffee powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
NUT TOPPING:
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter, softened  

In medium bowl combine oil, milk, egg, banana and sugar and coffee powder.
Add flour, nuts, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Stir only until flour is moistened.
Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch round dish.
Prepare nut topping.
Combine brown sugar, nuts, flour and cinnamon.
Blend in butter and butter.
Sprinkle on top of coffee cake.
Cook on medium 8 to 9 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Store, covered until ready to serve.
8 servings.                            

BLITSRESEP:  VINNIGE VRUGTEKOEK IN DIE MIKROGOLF:

Probeer die min moeite-sukses gewaarborg-mikrogolfoond-vrugtekoek – dis nie nodig om hom ‘n maand voor die tyd al te bak nie! deur Rosa Myburgh
As jy so lief is vir vrugtekoek soos ek en jy altyd uitstel om ‘n heerlike koek te bak is hierdie resep net vir jou! Dis maklik om te maak; jy hoef nie met bruinpapier te sukkel nie en dit bak boonop nie twee ure soos ‘n gewone vrugtekoek nie. Die beste is dat jy ook nie maande hoef te wag voor jy dit eers kan sny nie.
Die bakvrugte-mengsel waarvan ek hier praat, kry mens gewoonlik in die winkelrakke tussen die gedroogde vrugte met die presiese naam, “baking mix” op. Dit word spesiaal vir die tipe gebak gerieflik vir ons gemeng.
1. Meng die onderstaande bestanddele in ‘n groot glasbak:
* 125 g margarien / botter
* 500 g bakvrugte-mengsel
* 250 ml suiker
* 375 ml water
* 5 ml koeksoda  

Mikrogolf die mengsel 10 minute lank by volle krag. (100%).
Roer goed en laat afkoel.
2. Voeg 25 ml brandewyn by.
3. Klits 2 eiers en voeg by die mengsel bo.
4. Sif die volgende bestanddele tesame:
* 500 ml koekmeel
* 10 ml bakpoeier
* 5 ml gemmer
* 2.5 ml kaneel
* 2.5 ml gemengde speserye
* knippie sout
5. Voeg die volgende by die meelmengsel en meng goed:
* 100g gekapte kersies
* 60g neute
6. Meng die meelmengsel en vrugtemengsel.
7. Gooi die deeg in ‘n gesmeerde mikrogolf-ringkoekpan met ‘n deursnee van 22 cm en ‘n diepte van 8 cm. Mikrogolf vir 20 – 22 minute by medium krag (70%).
Laat die koek 10 minute in die bak afkoel. Keer op ‘n afkoelrak uit.
8. Gooi 125 ml brandewyn oor die koek.
9. Wanneer die koek koud is, draai hom in foelie toe. Die koek hoef nie soos ander vrugtekoeke ‘n maand lank te verouder nie. Jy kan eintlik dadelik wegspring en eet.
10. Die koek kan met die volgende sous bedien word:
* Meng 60 ml sagte botter (met ander woorde, by kamertemperatuur) en 30 ml (2 eetlepels) bruinsuiker vinnig met ‘n teelepel – sodat dit goed meng.
* Voeg 15 ml brandewyn by en meng.
* Skep in ‘n bakkie en dien op saam met die gesnyde vrugtekoek.

VLAKOEK:

125 ml water
45g margarien
2 eiers
200 ml witsuiker
250 ml koekmeelblom
10 ml bakpoeier
knypie sout
5 ml vanieljegeursel
Vulsel:
250 ml melk
20 g vlapoeier
knypie sout
62.5 g margarien
125 ml strooisuiker
2.5 ml vanieljegeursel

Bespuit 22-cm koekbak.
Bedek die boom van die bak met ‘n sirkel papierhanddoek.
Mikrogolf die water en botter 1 min oop by 100 % krag.
Klits die eiers en suiker baie goed saam tot lig en sponsagtig dik.
Sif die meel, bakpoeier en sout saam en vou dit by die eiermengsel in.
Voeg die watermengsel en vanielje by en meng liggies tot ‘n dun beslag.
Giet die beslag in die koekbak.
Mikrogolf ongeveer 5 min oop by 100 % tot gaar.
Laat koek in die pan afkoel.
Keer koeklaag uit, verwyder papierhanddoek.
Halveer met ‘n garedraad.
Mikrogolf 150 ml van die melk ongeveer 3 ½ min oop tot kookpunt.
Maak die vlapoeier met die oorblywende melk aan en voeg die sout by.
Klop dit by die kookmelk.
Mikrogolf dit ‘n verdere 5 min by 100 % krag tot dik en gaar en klop dit elke minuut goed.
Plaas die vla in ‘n bak koue water om af te koel en roer dit gereeld om te voorkom dat ‘n vel bo-op vorm.
Verroom die botter of margarien en strooisuiker.
Voeg vanielje by en meng.
Klop die koue vla geleidelik daarby in.
Smeer dik tussen die koeklae en ook bo-op en aan die kant.
Bewaar die koek in die koelkas.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE OVEN CAKE:

This has to be hands down the quickest cake to bake, it takes just 6 minutes – don’t think you can beat that. It is not quite as light as most cakes; it is however spongy and very moist and is ideal for last minute guests popping in for a tea time treat.

250ml cake flour
250ml sugar
12.5ml baking powder
Pinch of salt
40ml cocoa
3 eggs
12.5ml oil
5ml vanilla essence
250ml warm water

1.Combine all the dry ingredients.
2.Combine all the wet ingredients.
3.Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and bake in a ring pan for 6 minutes on high.
4.Turn out of the ring and allow to cool.
5.Ice with caramel or icing of your choice.

KILLER CHOCOLATE CAKE:

1 box chocolate cake mix,
4 eggs,
3/4 cup oil,
1 cup milk chocolate chips,
1 X 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
1/3 cup Kahlua,
1 pint sour cream

Mix all, pour in well-greased Fluted Pan.
Microwave 16-18 minutes.
Invert on serving platter, remove pan after 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

SJOKOLADEKOEK: (Mikrogolf)

1 k Suiker of Strooisuiker
1 e Bakpoeier
½ t Sout
3 e Kakao
1 k Lou Water
1 e Olie
2 Eiers
1 t Vanieljegeursel
Bestanddele Versiersel
125 g Margarien
9 e Versiersuiker
2 e Kakao
1 Eier  

Sif die droë bestanddele saam.
Klits die water, olie en eiers saam.
Voeg die vloeistof by die droë bestanddele en klits tot gemeng.
Voeg vanieljegeursel by en klits tot gemeng.
Giet beslag in mikrogolf bestande houer.
Bak vir 6 minute teen 100% krag.
Toets met toetspen of die koek gaar is.
Laat die koek nou 2 minute staan voor jy die koek uitkeer.
Laat die koek nou afkoel.
Klits al die bestanddele saam van die versiersel.
Versier die koek.
Gooi klapper of sjokolade flenters oor die koek.  

QUICK PUMKIN SPICE CAKE:

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin, [in our case, first make some pumkin puree]
1 pkg. (18.25 oz) spice cake mix
Powdered sugar (optional)  

Brush Stoneware Fluted Pan with vegetable oil using Pastry Brush.
In Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl, combine eggs and pumpkin using 10" Whisk; whisk until smooth.
Add cake mix; mix with Mix 'N Scraper until thoroughly blended, about 1 minute.
Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly.
Microwave on HIGH 14 minutes or until Cake Tester inserted near center comes out clean. (Cake will be slightly moist on top near center.)
Let stand in microwave 10 minutes.
If necessary, loosen cake from sides of pan using Skinny Scraper; invert onto serving plate.
Let cook 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar using Flour/Sugar Shaker, if desired.
12 servings or 24 sample servings.
Tips: Brushing the Fluted Pan with vegetable oil is the best method to coat the interior of the pan to prevent sticking. For best results do not use the Kitchen Spritzer or a non-stick cooking spray.
If using a microwave oven without a built-in turn table, rotate pan after 7 minutes of cooking.  

SJOKOLADE KOEK:

Hierdie is seker die maklikste en lekkerste koek wat ek nog in mikrogolf gebak het. Veerlig en klam en as jy eers hierdie resep gebruik, dan kan jy dit as basies gebruik vir enige ander koek om te bak, deur net seker bestanddele te vervang.
Vir mikrogolf van 600/650 watt is die tyd 7 – 8 mninute en vir mikrogolwe met hoër watt 6 minute. Onthou die koek bak nog verder in die staantyd. Dis ook ‘n redelike slap deeg, maar dit is heeltemal reg dat dit so moet wees.
1 kop meel
¾ kop suiker
Knippie sout
3 E kakao
2 t bakpoeier
100 ml kookolie
2 Eiers
1 kop kookwater  

Meng al die bestanddele en klits goed.
Smeer jou ringpan met bietjie water en olie,
Bak op hoog vir 7 – 8 minute in 600/650 watt mikrogolf. [ 6 minute in hoër watt mikrogolf]
Haal uit en laat staan vir 5 minute.
Gebruik gekookte kondensmelk of sagte versiersel bo-oor.
Variasies: 
Vir witkoek, laat die kakao uit.
Vir vlakoek, voeg 3 e vlapoeier by ipv kakao.
Vir grenadellakoek, voeg blikkie grenadellapulp by.
Vir lemoen/suurlemoenkoek, voeg net 200 ml kookwater en 50 ml lemoensap/suurlemoensap en gerasperde skil van lemoen/suurlemoen by.
Vir pynappelkoek, voeg die sap en pulp van ½ blik “crushed pineapple” by en 200ml kookwater.
Jy kan jou verbeelding die loop laat neem met hierdie resep as basis vir nog lekker koeke.  

BLUEBERRY VINILLA CAKE:

1 Vanilla Cake mix
2 x 20oz can of Blueberry pie filling
3 eggs

Mix first 3 (just one can of pie filling) ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
This recipe is not fussy; all the lumps do not have to be out!
Pour batter into 6 ¼ cup cake tin.
In an 1100 watt microwave it takes 10 minutes on high and your cake is ready!
Wait 5 min before plating the cake and put the other can of pie filling over the top.
ENJOY!

RAINBOW CAKE:

Flour : 1½ cup
Milk : 1cup
Sugar : 1cup ( powdered )
Oil : 3 - 4 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Soda bi carbonate : 1 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Food colour : a few drops

Seive flour, soda bi carbonate together.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Divide the dough into portions and add various food colours.
Shape like a rainbow with the help of a fork or toothpick.
Set microwave to 80 % power.
Keep the dough in the oven for 5 -7 minutes.
Switch off the oven and keep it in for 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven.                     

SPESERYKOEK:

2 eiers 250 ml geelsuiker (200 g)
12,5 ml gouestroop 500 ml Sasko Perfection-koekmeelblom (250 g)
5 ml fyn kaneel
4 ml fyn naeltjies
3 ml fyn gemmer
2 ml sout
5 ml bakpoeier 5 ml koeksoda 175 ml kookolie
250 ml karringmelk of joghurt
MOKKAVERSIERSEL: 
75 ml water
50 ml kakao (15 g)
5 ml kitskoffiepoeier 100 g margarien
575 ml versiersuiker (300 g)
125 ml gekapte neute  

Voer 'n mikrogolf-tuitpan met 'n deursnee van 20 cm uit met vetdigte papier en bespuit met kleefweermiddel.
Klits eiers tot skuimerig, voeg suiker en stroop by en klits tot dik.
Sif droë bestanddele twee keer saam.
Meng olie en karringmelk en voeg om diebeurt met die droë mengsel by die eiermengsel. Vou liggies in.
Skep beslag in voorbereide pan en plaas pan op 'n omgekeerde piering.
Mikrogolf 8 minute by medium-hoog/90 % krag en dan 'n verdere 1 minuut by hoog/100 %krag.
Laat koek 1 minuut in pan staan en keer uit op 'n draadrakkie wat met 'n vel waspapier bedek is.
Laat koek heeltemal afkoel en berei intussen die versiersel.
Mikrogolf die water, kakao en koffiepoeier op hoog/100 % krag vir 1 minuut.
Laat staan tot heeltemal koud.
Klop die margarien tot sag, sif die versiersuiker by en klop tot lig en donsig.
Klits die sjokolademengsel geleidelik by.
Bedek die koek bo-oor en aan die kante met die versiersel en bedek die sye van die koek met die gekapte neute.
Versier bo-op met halwe neute of na smaak.  

APPLESAUCE CAKE:

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup sweetened applesauce
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins  

Put butter in large micro proof mixing bowl and cook on HIGH for 45 seconds, or until melted.
Blend in brown sugar and applesauce.
Stir in all remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into an 8 inch square micro proof baking dish, greased on bottom only.
Cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Rotate dish and cook on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, or until no longer doughy.
Cool in pan.
When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 teaspoons milk  

Put cream cheese and butter in small micro proof mixing bowl.
Cook on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds until softened.
Beat in sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to make spreading consistency.                   
                        
MICROWAVE YELLOW CAKE:

1 cup. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup. milk

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a mixer bowl beat butter for 1/2 minute.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy.
Add egg.
Beat until combined.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to beaten mixture, beating well.
Pour in greased microwave dish.
Cut a piece of waxed paper to fit bottom of pan.
Pour cake batter on top of waxed paper.
Cook cake layer uncovered on 50% power for 10 minutes.
If not done cook on 100% power for 30 seconds to 20 minutes or until the surface is nearly dry.
Cool cake on wire rack for 5 minutes.
To loosen, run a narrow metal spatula around dish edges and slightly under waxed paper.
COOL!!!!!                          

SPONSKOEK:

3 eiers
100 g suiker
3 ml vanielje
100 g koekmeel
knippie sout
3ml bakpoeier

Klits eiers, suiker en vanielje saam tot lig en donsig.
Sif meelblom, sout en bakpoeier saam en vou by eiermengsel in.
Giet in gesmeerde, gevoerde ronde glasbak van 26 cm en mikrogolf vir 4 tot 4.5 minute op volle krag.
Laat staan vir 5 minute en keer dan uit.
Laat afkoel.
Die mengsel kan ook in twee gesmeerde, gevoerde bakpanne van 16cm gegiet word en een op 'n keer vir ongeveer 3 minute gemikrogolf word.
Lewer 1 groot of 2 kleiner sponskoeke 

MICROWAVE MOIST CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE:

1/4 cup. cocoa
2/3 cup. hot water, divided
3/4 cup. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 cup. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup. plus 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg

Grease round micro-proof baking dish, 7 1/4 x 2 1/4 or 8 x 1 1/2 inches. Line bottom with plastic wrap.
Microwave cocoa and 1/3 cup water in bowl in HIGH power 40 to 50 seconds or until slightly thickened.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add oil, remaining 1/3 cup hot water, egg, vanilla and chocolate mixture; beat until batter is smooth and well blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes without turning until cake begins to pull away from sides.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Invert onto plate.
Remove plastic wrap and cool.
Frost.
Some moist spots may remain on cake after microwaving, but will disappear on standing.             

PINEAPPLE CAKE:

1 pct. Pineapple/vinilla cake mix
3 eggs
16 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 medium size can crushed pineapple  

Combine these ingredients in the 8" or 10' sauté skillet until butter is melted and brown sugar dissolved.
In 2 qt. Batter bowl, mix a Pineapple/vinilla Cake mix with 3 eggs and 16 oz sour cream.
Pour tepid mixture from skillet into fluted pan and spoon cake mixture on top.
Microwave for 13 minutes.
Let rest 10-15 min and un-mold and serve with whipped topping in desired.  

QUICK CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE:

1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling,
1 pkg. (18.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
Powdered Sugar (Optional)

MIKROGLOF MAYONAISE KOEK:
Meng 1koppie meel,
1 koppe suiker,
2 eiers,
2 teelepels bakpoeier,
1 koppie kookwater,
3 eetlepels kakao,
1 eetlepel mayonnaise 
1/4 teelepel sout saam

Gooi in ‘n mikro bak of mikro koekvorm, en bak op hoog vir 7-8 minute.
Versier soos jy daarvoor lus het, of dit nou bedek met ‘n dekandente gesmelte sjokolade sous is, of versiersuiker, onthou net om nie skaam te wees daarmee nie.
Let wel – as jy ‘n wit koek wil bak, vervang die kakao met maizena. 

MICROWAVE HAWAIIAN CAKE: 
3/4 cup. flour
3/4 cup. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 vegetable oil
1 banana (mashed)
1/2 chopped pecans
1/2 crushed pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Then beat at medium for 2 minutes. Spread batter in a 9 inch round glass dish. Microwave on medium for 6 minutes. Increase power to high and microwave 2 to 4 minutes or until done. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
4 oz. cream cheese [120ml]
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Mix together.

MICROWAVE CHRISTMAS FRUIT CAKE: [READY IN 18 MINUTES]
160g margarine
250ml sugar
300ml water
5ml bicarbonate of soda
5ml mixed spice
5ml ginger
5ml vanilla essence
500g fruit cake mix [ek gebruik fruit en veggie sin]
5ml gravy browning [bisto]
15ml brandy
2 eggs
500ml flour
10ml baking powder
2ml salt
250g cherries, halved [of gaan halfies met rooi en groen]
100g nuts, chopped 

Mixed first 8 ingredients together in a bowl.
Microwave on 100% power for 6 minutes.
Allow mixture to cool, add gravy powder, brandy and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add with the cherries and nuts into wet mixture.
Mix well.
Bake in a ring pan for 18 minutes on 70% power. [ek gebruik my Tupper JelRing]
Let cool and store in container.
Season with brandy before eating. [Ek sit nog ekstra vrugtestukkies by soos, "candy ginger, vye en waatlemoen.]

NO BAKE CHRISTMAS CAKE: [deliciously criminal]
250g margarine
250ml sugar
500g fruit cake mix
250g cherries
100g mixed nuts, chopped
2 eggs beaten
50ml brandy
2 packets Marie biscuits, crushed
5ml mixed spice

Grease Jell Ring or any other ring pan.
Place cherries of nuts in base of ring to decorate.
Melt margarine and sugar, add fruit and nuts, microwave for 3 - 6 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
Add beaten eggs and brandy, stir, then add Marie biscuits.
Pack into Jell Ring and store in refrigerator.
Unmould and serve.

Metode Beslag
Klits die eiers goed en voeg die strooisuiker geleidelik by (+-15 minute). Sif bruismeel en sout saam en vou dit in die eier mengsel in. Mikrogolf die melk en sonneblom olie vir 1 minuut lank by 100% krag. Roer dit in die beslag. Bespuit 'n groot bak met kleefwerende kossproei. Gooi die beslag in 'n bak en mikrogolf dit 6 tot 7 minute by 100% krag. Haal uit die mikrogolf en hou eenkant terwyl die sous gemaak word.
Metode Sous
Mikrogolf witsuiker, water en margarien vir 2 minute by 100% krag. Roer dit goed en mikrogolf weer 2 minute. Voeg die lemoensap en skil by en mikrogolf weer by 100% krag tot die mengsel kook. Prik die tert met 'n vurk en gooi sous bietjies gewys oor die warm tert. Dit lewer een groot tert. Versier met styfgeklopte room en lemoenskyfies.

DRIEHOEK YSKASKOEK:[alles oor terte]
BESTANDDELE:
1 ekstragroot eier
150g (175)ml strooisuiker
250g sagte botter
375g gladde maaskaas
50ml kakao, opgelos in 45ml (3E) kookwater
Klein boksie kersies - eenkleur of gemeng
1 - 2 pakke (200g elk) Tennisbeskuitjies
3 x 100g melksjokolade (3 slabs)
METODE:
Klits die eier effens en voeg die strooisuiker lepelsgewys by. Klits goed na elke byvoeging. Voeg die botter by en klits tot goed gemeng. Voeg die maaskaas by en klits tot net gemeng.
Skep twee derdes van die mengsel uit en voeg die opgeloste kakao hierby. Meng goed en hou eenkant.
Sny die kersies in helfte en meng by die orige derde.
Rangskik die Tennisbeskuitjies in 3 rye van 5 elk op 'n groot stuk aluminiumfoelie. Smeer twee derdes van die sjokolade mengsel oor die beskuitjies. (Pasop dat die beskuitjies nie skuif nie) Pak nog 'n laag beskuitjies bo-op en smeer die res van die sjokolademengsel oor.
Skep die kersiemengsel op die middelste ry beskuitjies. Lig die buitenste rye beskuitjies met behulp van die foelie op en druk dit na die middel toe totdat die bokante stewig teen mekaar is, en jou driehoek is klaar.
Maak die aluminiumfoelie goed toe en plaas vir 2 ure in die vrieskas.
Smelt die sjokolade ongeveer 1 minuut lank by 100% krag in die mikrogolf. Roer goed tot die sjokolade heeltemal gesmelt is.
Vou die foelie oop. Plaas die tert op 'n draadrakkie en smeer die sjokolade al buiteom die tert sodat dit oral goed bedek is.(Die 2 sye en kopkante) Laat vir 'n rukkie staan tot die sjokolade gestol is. Draai weer toe in die foelie en plaas terug in die vrieskas tot benodig.
Haal 15 min voor bediening uit vrieskas - dit vergemaklik die sny daarvan.
Dit lewer 'n groot tert.

MICROWAVE CHRISMAS FRUIT CAKE: [die swaar donker ene]
Makes one 23 cm / 9 in cake
Ingredients:
150 g/5 oz butter or margarine, softened
150 g/5 oz soft brown sugar
3 eggs
30 ml/2 tbsp black treacle (molasses)
225 g/8 oz/2 cups self-raising (self-rising) flour
10 ml/2 tsp ground mixed (apple-pie) spice
2.5 ml/0.5 tsp grated nutmeg
2.5 ml/0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
450 g/1 lb mixed dried fruit (fruit cake mix)
50 g/2 oz glace (candied) cherries
50 g/2 oz chopped mixed peel
50 g/2 oz chopped mixed nuts
30 ml/2 tbsp brandy
Additional brandy to mature the cake (optional)
Method:
Cream together the butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs and treacle, then fold in the flour, spices and bicarbonate of soda. Gently stir in the fruit, mixed peel and nuts, then stir in the brandy. Spoon into a base-lined 23 cm/9 in microwave dish and microwave on Low for 45–60 minutes. Leave to cool in the dish for 15 minutes before turning out on to a wire rack to finish cooling.

MIKROGOLF KAASKOEK:
4 tablespoons margarine
1 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups nutty crust crumbs
16 ounces cream cheese
2 large eggs
14 ounces caramel candies about 36
1 cup chocolate chips divided
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
12 large pecan halves
Method:
Put margarine in a 9 inch round glass layer cake pan.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds, until melted.
Stir in crumbs and pat on bottom of pan.
Put caramels in a one quart casserole with evaporated milk and microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high until melted; pour on crust and press pecan pieces into it and refrigerate.
Put cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup chocolate chips; microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on medium, until cheese is softened and chips melted.
Add sugar and vanilla, blend with an electric mixer.
Add egg and blend.
Pour on top of caramel layer in cake pan.
Bake at medium high for 10 to 11 minutes, rotating twice, until center still jiggles slightly. Cool and refrigerate.
Combine remaining chips with 2 tablespoons milk in a 2 cup glass measure.
Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until chips are melted.
Stir until smooth and spread on top of cheese cake.
Top with pecan halves.

MICROWAVE COKE CAKE:
Cooking time 11 minutes.
Utensils, 11 x 7 inch glass dish

4 cup and 2 cup glass measuring cups.
2 cups flour
2 cups. sugar
1 cup. miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup. Crisco [Wooden Spoon white margarine will work]
3/4 cup. Coke
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten

Mix flour and sugar together.
Stir in marshmallows.
Set aside.
In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, put Crisco, Coke, and cocoa.
Heat in microwave until Crisco/Wooden Spoon margarine melts, about 2 minutes.
Pour over flour mixture.
Stir in buttermilk, soda, and eggs.
Pour into greased glass dish.
Cook on high for 11 minutes.
Turn dish every 3 minutes if you don't have a turntable.
Frosting
6 tbsp. Margarine
3 tbsp. Cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke
2/3 box icing sugar
1 cup. (or more) broken pecans

Mix margarine, cocoa, and Coke in 4 cup glass measuring cup. Bring to a boil in microwave. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour cocoa mixture over powdered sugar; add pecans and mix well. Frost cake while hot. Decorate top with pecan halves.
[CRISCO is a solid vegetable shortning, not as soft as butter/margarine. Wooden Spoon white margarine of Holsom will work in this recipe.]

BEET-WORTELKOEK:   [mikrogolf wenners]
500 ml meelblom, gesif
12.5 ml bakpoeier
5 ml fyn kaneel
1 ml sout
250 ml olie3 eiers geskei, witte styf geklop
375 ml strooisuiker
250 ml gerasperde gaar beet
250 ml gerasperde wortels
250 ml gekapte neute

Sif meel, bakpoeier en kaneel saam.
Klop olie en suiker tot glad.
Voeg beet, wortels, neute en eiergele by.
Roer goed in.
Meng nou die droë bestandele by, en dan die eierwitte ingevou.
Bak in gesmeerde ringpan in MIKROGOLF vir sowat 11 minute teen volle krag.
Laat staan rukkie voor uitkeer.

MICROWAVE ORANGE CRUMB CAKE:
2 cups. flour
1 cup. sugar
1/2 cup. margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup. orange juice

Combine flour, sugar and margarine with pastry blender until mixture is like cornmeal. Combine 1 cup of crumb mixture with cinnamon; reserve for topping. Add baking powder to remaining mixture; blend well. Beat eggs with orange juice. Mix lightly into crumb mixture. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon crumbs. Bake in microwave, full power, for 4 minutes. Turn half way around. Bake four more minutes.
Serve warm or cool. (This cake can be frozen).

BLACK FOREST KOEK:
 Maak 2 lae koek.
1 pk [550g] sjokolade koekmengsel
3 eiers
¾ kop water
¼ kop groente-olie
1 blik [600g] swartkersies
1 t amandel ekstrak
Gesifte versiersuiker

Smeer twee 23cm koekpanne en bedek met waspapier.
In mengbak, meng die koekmengsel, eiers, water en olie.
Klits op lae spoed met klitser totdat alles goed gemeng is.
Klits op medium spoed vir 2 minute.
Behou 1 kop kersies en voeg die res saam met amandel ekstrak by die koekmengsel en meng goed.
Verdeel deeg in die 2 gesmeerde koekpannetjies.
Mikrogolf 1 op ‘n slag op 70% vir 5 minute.
Mikrogolf dan weer verder op hoog vir 2 minute.
Laat afkoel vir 5 minute.
Herhaal proses met 2de laag koek.
Laat heeltemal afkoel en versier die koek.
Sprinkel versiersuiker oor voor bediening.

MICROWAVE DUMP CAKE:  
1 pt. sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup. sugar (for fresh berries only)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, sweetened
1 (9 oz.) pkg. vanilla cake mix
1/3 cup. (2/3 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

In cake dish spread berries evenly (sprinkle on sugar if fresh ones are used), then spoon pineapple (with juice). Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit, then nuts. Drizzle melted butter as evenly as possible over all. 
SET CAKE DISH ON INVERTED COVER to raise it a little nearer oven center. Cook on HIGH uncovered 10 minutes giving dish a quarter turn twice during cooking. Mixture should be boiling throughout. Set dish out on flat surface. Add a light sprinkle of grated nutmeg (cinnamon if using blueberries) at this time. Serve warm, plain or with milk or cream or topped with scoop of vanilla ice cream. Canned pie fillings can be used in place of fresh or frozen berries although they add to the cost and the calories.

MILJOENERS KOEK [SULINDI PRETORIUS]
STROOP:
200g (250ml) suiker
250ml water
KOEKDEEG:
140g (250ml ongesif afgemeet) koekmeelblom
30ml bakpoeier
knypie sout
250g botter of marg
100g (125ml) suiker
1 pak (200g) donker sjokolade
5 eiers
30ml brandewyn
Versiersel
1 pak heelneut sjokolade
30ml melk

Verhit die suiker en water saam tot kookpunt en roer totdat die suikerkorrels opgelos het. Laat die stroop heeltemal koud word en hou dit eenkant tot nodig. Smeer 'n tuitpan, 25cm in deursnee en 11 cm diep of bespuit met spray en cook. Voorverhit oond tot 180C. Sif die meel, bakpoeier en sout. Smelt botter, suiker en choco saam oor kookwater. Gooi die mengsel in 'n mengbak en klits die eiers een vir een by. Klits goed na elke byvoeging. Voeg die brandewyn en klits weer goed.
Vou die meelmengsel by die eiermengsel in, die deeg is slap. Gooi die deeg in pan en bak 40 tot 45min tot gaar.
Haal die koek uit die oond. Gooi dadelik die koue stroop stadig oor die warm koek. Laat die koek in die pan afkoel.
Smelt die neut choco en melk saam oor lae hitte, keer die koek versigtig op 'n opdienbord en gooi die choco mengsel bo-oor. Laat afkoel.

POPCORN OF RICE CRISPY CAKE:

[Perfek vir kinderpartytjie, jy kan popcorn balle maak, cup cakes, stokkielekkers ens. Vervang popcorn met "Rice crispies" vir 'n ander variasie. Jy kan enige lekkers, neute ens. hierin gebruik. Kan ook wanneer dit klaar is sjokolade- of karamelsous oor gooi.]
Prepare a large tube pan by spraying evenly with cooking spray.
Pop 2 bags of buttered microwave popcorn as directed on the package and dump into a large bowl.
[I used "Butter Lovers" because I am out of my mind]
Pick out the kernels that didn't pop...broken teeth aren't so cute.
Now mix in 2 cups of M&M's OR SMARTIES and 1 1/2 cups broken pretzel sticks, not crushed, just broken into smaller pieces...
Melt 250ml of butter over low in a large saucepan or in microwave until melted.
When melted add in a 16 oz bag of mini marshmallows (8 cups)
Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and pour over your popcorn mix.
Stir until all the ingredients are combined and then press into the prepared ring pan.
Cover with foil and let your cake set for at least an hour to cool.
When you are ready to serve the cake loosen sides of your cake from the pan by running a butter knife around the edges.
Flip your pan over onto your serving platter.
Your cake should come out pretty easily.

Gooi stadig oor koek.

Sonder versiersel, kan selfs mense op dieet 'n stukkie daarvan eet! Skakel ketel aan vir kookwater!
Spuit mikrogolf ring pan orals binne met spray en Cook. Sit omgekeerde Piering in mikrogolf.
Meng 75ml kakao en 1tl vanilla met 1 kop kookwater- laat afkoel...
Sif saam: 1kop koekmeel, 10 ml bakpoeier, sout, 1 kop witsuiker..
... Klits 2 eiers met spaan en meng met meelmengsel, voeg afgekoelde kakaomengsel by en roer net tot gemeng.
Gooi in ringpan! Plaas op piering in mikrogolfoond! Bak 7min op 70% krag/medium. Laat staan 5min in oond. Keer uit in 'n koekbord en versier wanneer afgekoel.
Versiering: Enige geur kitspoeding wat jy met melk meng! Ek het Sondae as kuiermense laat weet hul is oppad begin aanmaak en as hul instap is koek kant en klaar en kan die koffie geskink word!

ROOIWANG FLUWEELKOEK : [HUISGENOOT RESEP]
Koek
280 ml koekmeel
180 ml witsuiker
30 ml kakao
10 ml Bakpoeier
2 ml sout
5 ml vanilla
125 ml kookolie
2 eiers
.200 ml warm rooibostee en1 bottel (40 ml) rooivoedselkleursel, gemeng.
Ganache
100g donkersjokolade, fyn gekap
50 ml Griekse jogurt

Spuit n koekpan geskik vir die mikrogolf ( silikoon en verkieslik vierkantig) met kossproei en voer die bodem met kombuispapier uit
Sif en meng al die droe bestandele in n mengbak.
Klits die eiers, geursel en olie saam en meng dit met die droe bestandele.
Klits die rooibos-mengsel bietjies-bietjies by die beslag tot heeltemal gemeng
Giet die beslag in die voorberiede pan en bak vir 8 tot 10 min op hoogste stelling. Haal die koek uit die mikrogolf en laat 5 min afkoel..
Sny die koek in blokke.
Meng die sjokolade en yogurt in mikgrogolf bak.
Verhit die mengsel vir 2 min en roer elke 30 sek.
Koel af tot kamer tempreratuur afkoel en klop effe dik.
Sny die koek in blokke en plak die blokke twee- twee opmekaar met ganache. Spuit ganache ook bo op en rond af met bessies en ment.

MOCHA-CHOCOLATE CAKE:
This sophisticated-looking dessert is the epitome of ease (and only takes 8 minutes to prepare!). Simply drizzle store-bought angel food cake with a microwaved mix of heavy cream, semisweet chocolate chips and coffee syrup.

Recipe Ingredients
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 6 T bsp coffee-flavored liqueur or coffee-flavored s...yrup
• 1 store-bought 8-in. angel food cake

1. Microwave cream in a medium glass bowl on high 1 minute until it simmers.
2. Add chocolate chips ; let stand 1 minute. Whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth. Whisk in 2 Tbsp coffeeflavored liqueur or syrup.
3. With a skewer, poke numerous holes into bottom of cake; brush with 2 Tbsp liqueur or syrup. Invert onto serving plate, poke holes into top of cake and brush with remaining liqueur or syrup.

250ml koekmeel
250ml suiker
Sif saam

Voeg mengsel  by mengssel en klits goed.
Gooi die koekmengsel in ‘n gesmeerde jelring en bak in die mikrogolf vir 6 min op hoog. (By die kus is dit 7 min op hoog.) Maak seker dat die koek heeltemal gaar is en laat dan heeltemal afkoel voor versiersuiker bo-oor gegooi word.
Versiersuiker
250ml versiersuiker
2 eetl kakao
1 eetl botter
25ml melk 

Gooi bestandele in mengbak en plaas vir 40s in die mikrogolf op hoog. Klits die versiersuiker tot die klonte glad is. Gooi die versiersuiker oor afgekoelde koek en versier verder na smaak.
Variasie
Die kakao kan uitgelos word om ‘n witkoek te bak. Marmite/Bovril wat bietjie warm gemaak is kan oor die koek gegooi word met kaas bo-op vir ‘n sout happie.

BADAM CAKE:
•2 cups almond (badam) paste ground with half tsp of saffron (kesar) strands
•4 cups sugar
•1 tbsp ghee
•ghee for greasing the plate on which you pour the mixture when done
How to make Microwave Badam Cake.
•Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl.
•Pour half the quantity in a extra large glass bowl. 
•And keep it on micro hi for 6 minutes. take it out•Every two minutes and mix well. add 1 tablespoon.

As jy so lief is vir vrugtekoek soos ek en jy altyd uitstel om ‘n heerlike koek te bak is hierdie resep net vir jou! Dis maklik om te maak; jy hoef nie met bruinpapier te sukkel nie en dit bak boonop nie twee ure soos ‘n gewone vrugtekoek nie. Die beste is dat jy ook nie maande hoef te wag voor jy dit eers kan sny nie.
Die bakvrugte-mengsel waarvan ek hier praat, kry mens gewoonlik in die winkelrakke tussen die gedroogde vrugte met die presiese naam, “baking mix” op. Dit word spesiaal vir die tipe gebak gerieflik vir ons gemeng.
Meng die onderstaande bestanddele in ‘n groot glasbak:
* 125 g margarien / botter

* 375 ml water

Mikrogolf die mengsel 10 minute lank by volle krag. (100%).
Roer goed en laat afkoel.
Voeg 25 ml brandewyn by.
Klits 2 eiers en voeg by die mengsel bo.
Sif die volgende bestanddele tesame:
* 500 ml koekmeel
* 10 ml bakpoeier
* 5 ml gemmer
* 2.5 ml kaneel
* 2.5 ml gemengde speserye

Voeg die volgende by die meelmengsel en meng goed:
* 100g gekapte kersies
* 60g neute
Meng die meelmengsel en vrugtemengsel.
Gooi die deeg in ‘n gesmeerde mikrogolf-ringkoekpan met ‘n deursnee van 22 cm en ‘n diepte van 8 cm. Mikrogolf vir 20 – 22 minute by medium krag (70%).
Laat die koek 10 minute in die bak afkoel. Keer op ‘n afkoelrak uit.
Gooi 125 ml brandewyn oor die koek.Wanneer die koek koud is, draai hom in foelie toe. Die koek hoef nie soos ander vrugtekoeke ‘n maand lank te verouder nie. Jy kan eintlik dadelik wegspring en eet.
Die koek kan met die volgende sous bedien word:

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk, vanilla extract and oil and until well blended. Spray a microwave-safe cup with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the cup.
Microwave at full power for 1 minute. Depending upon the strength of your microwave and shape of your cup or container, you may need to cook the cake longer in 15 second increments until done.
As long as you don't overcook it, it won't turn rubbery. Since it contains no eggs, you don't have to worry about salmonella with the short cooking time. Also, the cake will puff up so don't fill a very small container. It needs some room to rise.
It's not a fancy cake but when you eat it warm with whipped cream, ice cream or a chocolate glaze, it tastes pretty good.
You can change the flavor of the cake by adding drops of various extracts: almond, mint, etc.

Bestanddele:

1 Pakkie tennisbeskuitjies (verkrummel)
125 ml gesmeldte botter of margarien
500 ml jogurt (enige geur, aarbei is baie lekker)
1 blikkie kondensmelk
Vrugte (wat by die geur van die jogurt pas) vir versiering
Metode:
Verkrummel die tennisbeskuitjies en voeg die gesmeldte botter of margarien by.
Druk die mengsel in ‘n glasbak (wat in die mikrogolf gesit kan word) om ‘n kors te vorm.
Meng die jogurt en kondensmelk en gooi dit in die bak op die kors.
Sit vir 5 minute in die mikrogolf (hoog) tot die mensel aan die kante borreltjies begin maak. (Wanneer jy dit uithaal sal dit reeds gestol wees omdat die kondensmelk gekook het) Sit die tert in die yskas om af te koel en versier dan met vars vrugte van jou keuse.
Bedien yskoud.

1 20oz can of Apple Pie Filling
3 eggs

BOTTERKOEK:
330 g koekmeel                               
380 g suiker

Meng meel, suiker, bakpoeier en sout in 'n groot mengbak.  Voeg botter by melk, geursel en eier en klits vir 30 sekondes by lae spoed. Skraap die kante van die bak af en klits weer stadig vir 2 minute. Voer twee ronde glasbakke van 20 cm met enkele lae papierhanddoek wat op die boom pas.  Skep koekmengsel in die bakke en maak gelyk. Mikrogolf een koek op 'n keer op 'n omgekeerde piering vir 7   8 min. by volle krag.  Draai bak 'n kwart na 4 minute indien nodig.  Haal uit oond en laat staan vir 15 min op 'n houtbord.  Keer uit.  Plaas op mekaar en versier soos verkies.  Lewer 2 lae van 20 cm elk.


SACHERTORTE(KLAM SJOKOLADEKOEK):
500 ml koekmeelblom, gesif            
150 ml kakao
10 ml bakpoeier                                 
5 ml koeksoda
2 groot eiers                          
310 ml strooisuiker
250 ml mayonnaise (*)                                 
250 ml water
5 ml amandelgeursel
*Egte mayonnaise, nie verslankings- of geurige soort nie.
Sif meelblom, kakao, bakpoeier en koeksoda saam.  Klits eiers en strooisuiker tot lig en romerig en vou by droë bestanddele in.  Meng mayonnaise, water en vanieljegeursel goed en roer by beslag in.  Skep beslag in 'n liggies gesmeerde 240mm-tuitbak waarvan die boom met absorberende kombuispapier gevoer is.  Mikrogolf 8 - 10 (11 - 13,5) minute by 70% krag.  Laat 10 minute staan en keer dan op 'n draadrak uit om af te koel.
Bolaag:
250 ml wit suiker                             
250 ml warm water
60 ml (50g) margarien                                  
40 ml kakao

Plaas 60 ml fyn appelkooskonfyt in 'n klein glasbakkie en mikrogolf dit 30 (40) sekondes by volle krag.  Bestryk hele koek daarmee.  Meng suiker, warm water, smeer en kakao.  Meng koue water en mielieblom, voeg by kakaomengsel en mikrogolf 4 (5,5) minute by volle krag - roer twee maal tussendeur.  Giet warm mengsel oor koek.  (Tyd in hakies is vir 500-watt-oonde).

SPONSKOEK:
3 eiers                        
100 g suiker
3 ml vanielje                          
100 g koekmeel
knippie sout                           
3ml bakpoeier

Klits eiers, suiker en vanielje saam tot lig en donsig.  Sif meelblom, sout en bakpoeier saam en vou by eiermengsel in.  Giet in gesmeerde, gevoerde ronde glasbak van 26 cm en mikrogolf vir 4 tot 4.5 minute op volle krag.  Laat staan vir 5 minute en keer dan uit.  Laat afkoel. Die mengsel kan ook in twee gesmeerde, gevoerde bakpanne van 16cm gegiet word en een op 'n keer vir ongeveer 3 minute gemikrogolf word.
Lewer 1 groot of 2 kleiner sponskoeke.

VLAKOEK:
125 ml water
45g margarien
2 eiers
200 ml witsuiker
250 ml koekmeelblom
10 ml bakpoeier
knypie sout
5 ml vanieljegeursel
Vulsel:
250 ml melk
20 g vlapoeier
knypie sout
62.5 g margarien
125 ml strooisuiker
2.5 ml vanieljegeursel

Bespuit 22-cm koekbak.
Bedek die boom van die bak met ‘n sirkel papierhanddoek.
Mikrogolf die water en botter 1 min oop by 100 % krag.
Klits die eiers en suiker baie goed saam tot lig en sponsagtig dik. Sif die meel, bakpoeier en sout saam en vou dit by die eiermengsel in. Voeg die watermengsel en vanielje by en meng liggies tot ‘n dun beslag.Giet die beslag in die koekbak. Mikrogolf ongeveer 5 min oop by 100 % tot gaar. Laat koek in die pan afkoel.
Keer koeklaag uit, verwyder papierhanddoek.
Halveer met ‘n garedraad.
Mikrogolf 150 ml van die melk ongeveer 3 ½ min oop tot kookpunt.
Maak die vlapoeier met die oorblywende melk aan en voeg die sout by. Klop dit by die kookmelk. Mikrogolf dit ‘n verdere 5 min by 100 % krag tot dik en gaar en klop dit elke minuut goed.
Plaas die vla in ‘n bak koue water om af te koel en roer dit gereeld om te voorkom dat ‘n vel bo-op vorm.
Verroom die botter of margarien en strooisuiker. Voeg vanielje by en meng. Klop die koue vla geleidelik daarby in. Smeer dik tussen die koeklae en ook bo-op en aan die kant.
Bewaar die koek in die koelkas.

STOLLEN:
250 g koekmeelblom;
2 ml sout;
25 g strooisuiker;
10 g kits-droëgis;
100 ml melk;
50 g margarien;
1 eier, geklits;
10 ml lemoenskil, gerasper;
50 g sultanas;
50 g korente;
50 g gemengde skil;
50 g pekanneute, gekap;
150 g marsepein;
25 g margarien, gesmelt;
versiersuiker, neute, kersies.

Meng meelblom, sout en strooisuiker. Voeg gis by en meng. Plaas melk en margarien in 'n beker en mikrogolf vir 30 sek. teen 100 persent krag. Voeg louwarm elkmengsel saam met eier en lemoenskil by die droëbestanddele en meng tot 'n sagte deeg. Knie deeg tot glad en elasties, bedek met gesmeerde plastiek en laat rus vir 10 min. op 'n warm plek. Knie deeg af en werk die res van die vrugte goed in. Rol deeg uit in 'n reghoek van 18 cm x 30 cm. Rol die marsepein sowat die lengte van die deeg en 4 cm dik uit. Plaas die marsepein in die middel van die deeg, vou die deeg oor en seël kante met gesmelte margarien. Plaas op 'n gesmeerde plat bord of oondskottel, bedek met gesmeerde plastiek en laat rys in die voorbereide oond (lees hierbo hoe die oond voorberei word). Mikrogolf vir 2 min. teen 10 persent krag, laat rus vir 10 min. in die oond en mikrogolf 'n verdere 2 min. teen 10 persent krag - tot dubbel die volume. Mikrogolf 5 min. teen 50 persent krag en 1 min. teen 100 persent krag. Laat afkoel, besprinkel met versiersuiker en versier met neute en kersies.

Spuit ‘n koekpan, geskik vir mikrogolfoond, met kleefwerende middel. Roer bruismeel, suiker en sout saam. Roer of klits water, olie, eiers, kakao en vanielje bymekaar. Roer eiermengsel versigtig by meelmengsel en skep in voorbereide koekpan. Mikrogolf 7 minute op hoog. Laat ‘n rukkie afkoel voordat koek uitgekeer word. Versiersel : Breek sjokolade in blokkies. Verhit oor lae hitte tot gesmelt of in die mikrogolfoond teen 70% krag. Verhit jogurt in mikrogolfoond vir ‘n paar sekondes om ergste koue uit te haal. Roer jogurt by gesmelte sjokolade. Voeg neute by sjokolade indien verkies of sprinkel bo-oor.

APPLESAUCE CAKE:
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup sweetened applesauce
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
Method:
Put butter in large micro proof mixing bowl and cook on HI for 45 seconds, or until melted. Blend in brown sugar and applesauce. Stir in all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into an 8 inch square micro proof baking dish, greased on bottom only. Cook on HI for 7 minutes. Rotate dish and cook on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, or until no longer doughy. Cool in pan. When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 teaspoons milk

Put cream cheese and butter in small micro proof mixing bowl. Cook on HI for 30 to 45 seconds until softened. Beat in sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to make spreading consistency.

VINNIGE KOFFIEKOEK: [MIKROGOLF KOOK]
Maak: 1 x 24 cm-ringkoek
Baktyd: 5-7 minute
60 ml melk
25 ml kitskoffiekorrels
200 ml (200 g) sagte botter
200 ml (175 g) strooisuiker
3 groot eiers, liggies geklop
300 ml (165 g) bruismeel
25 ml kakaopoeier
VERSIERSEL
300 ml (160 g) gesifte versiersuiker
wit Dipped Flake-sjokolade, vir versiering

Verhit die melk en los die kitskoffiekorrels daarin op.
Klop 175 ml (175 g) van die botter saam met die strooisuiker tot lig.
Voeg die eier bietjies-bietjies op 'n slag by en klop goed ná elke byvoeging.
Vou die meel en kakaopoeier om die beurt by die melk in.
Skep die beslag in 'n gesmeerde ringvormige silikoon- of mikrogolfbakpan.
Mikrogolf dit vir vyf tot sewe minute op hoog tot die koek terugspring as jy daaraan raak. (Dit raak nog fermer ná dit uit die mikrogolfoond kom.)
Haal die koek uit die oond uit en sit dit vir vyf minute eenkant om af te koel voor jy dit uit die pan keer.
Meng die res van die botter met die versiersuiker.
Voeg genoeg kookwater by om 'n gladde, smeerbare mengsel te vorm en skep dan die versiersel bo-op die koek.
Versier met gekrummelde wit Dipped Flake-sjokolade.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 (3 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
1 ½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ c. chopped pecans, optional

Mix cake mix, pudding, milk, and eggs together until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into a 3 qt. Casserole with Cone.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before cooking to allow leavening time to work.
Cook at 70% power for 12-14 minutes.
Let cool and turn out onto serving platter.
Dust with powdered sugar.

250 ml castor sugar
3 eggs
150 ml milk
30 ml margarine
375 ml self-raising flour
7 ml salt
50 ml
SAUCE:
50 ml margarine
50 ml marmite
cheese, grated

Mix sugar and eggs. Heat milk and margarine in microwave, add to sugar mixture. Add flour and salt, mix well. Pour into greased ring pan.Microwave for 9 minutes at 70% power. Melt the marmite and margarine to make sauce. Pour over unmolded cake. Sprinkle with cheese.

DON'T HAVE TIME” CHOCOLATE CAKE:
250 ml cake flour
12.5 ml baking powder
250 ml sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
45 ml cacao
50 ml oil
5 ml vanilla essence
250 ml boiling water

Sieve flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat eggs, cacao, oil, vanilla and boiling water. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon batter into lined, greased cake ring bowl. Microwave for 7 minutes on high. Leave to cool, unmold and ice with caramel condensed milk or your favourite icing.

As jy so lief is vir vrugtekoek soos ek en jy altyd uitstel om ‘n heerlike koek te bak is hierdie resep net vir jou! Dis maklik om te maak; jy hoef nie met bruinpapier te sukkel nie en dit bak boonop nie twee ure soos ‘n gewone vrugtekoek nie. Die beste is dat jy ook nie maande hoef te wag voor jy dit eers kan sny nie.
Die bakvrugte-mengsel waarvan ek hier praat, kry mens gewoonlik in die winkelrakke tussen die gedroogde vrugte met die presiese naam, “baking mix” op. Dit word spesiaal vir die tipe gebak gerieflik vir ons gemeng.
1. Meng die onderstaande bestanddele in ‘n groot glasbak:
* 125 g margarien / botter
* 500 g bakvrugte-mengsel
* 250 ml suiker
* 375 ml water
* 5 ml koeksoda
Mikrogolf die mengsel 10 minute lank by volle krag. (100%).
Roer goed en laat afkoel.
2. Voeg 25 ml brandewyn by.
3. Klits 2 eiers en voeg by die mengsel bo.
4. Sif die volgende bestanddele tesame:
* 500 ml koekmeel
* 10 ml bakpoeier
* 5 ml gemmer
* 2.5 ml kaneel
* 2.5 ml gemengde speserye
* knippie sout
5. Voeg die volgende by die meelmengsel en meng goed:
* 100g gekapte kersies
* 60g neute
6. Meng die meelmengsel en vrugtemengsel.
7. Gooi die deeg in ‘n gesmeerde mikrogolf-ringkoekpan met ‘n deursnee van 22 cm en ‘n diepte van 8 cm. Mikrogolf vir 20 – 22 minute by medium krag (70%).
Laat die koek 10 minute in die bak afkoel. Keer op ‘n afkoelrak uit.
8. Gooi 125 ml brandewyn oor die koek.
9. Wanneer die koek koud is, draai hom in foelie toe. Die koek hoef nie soos ander vrugtekoeke ‘n maand lank te verouder nie. Jy kan eintlik dadelik wegspring en eet.
10. Die koek kan met die volgende sous bedien word:

The salty sweet craze has completely taken over the food industry. You can find almost any combination of this dynamic duo in any restaurant these days. With this recipe, there is no doubt one will immediately become a fan when they taste the best of both worlds.
Ingredients:
•4 tbls. all purpose flour
•4 tbls. sugar
•2 tbls. unsweetened cocoa powder
•¼ tsp. baking powder
•¼ tsp. salt
•1 egg, beat
•3 tbls. milk
•1 tbls. vegetable oil
•2 salted caramels
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil until combined. Pour mixture into a microwave-safe mug and drop the caramels into the center of the mixture. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If the cake is still gooey, add an additional 30 seconds.

MIKROGOLF WORTELKOEK:
180 gr / 370 ml Koekmeelblom
10 ml Kaneel
8 ml Koeksoda
3 ml Neutmuskaat
3 ml Sout
750 ml Gerasperde Wortels
300 gr / 375 ml Suiker
250 ml Olie
100 gr / 250 ml Neute gekap
3 Eiers Geklop
Versiersel: (Die versiersel is bietjie baie vir die koek * kan dit verminder)
250 gr Gladde maaskaas
120 gr Botter
50 gr / 125 ml Okkerneute gekap
5 ml Vanieljegeursel
400 gr / 800 ml Versiersuiker - gesif

Sif meelblom, kaneel, koeksoda, neut, sout saam. Hou eenkant.
Meng wortels met suiker, olie, neute en eiers. Meng goed.
Voeg droë bestanddele by. Roer goed.
Skep mengsel in 'n diep mikrogolfringpan met 'n deursnee van 250 mm. (Gat in middel).
Plaas pan op 'n omgekeerde piering en mikrogolf 10 * 11 minute by 100% krag.
Laat effens afkoel. Keer op 'n dienbord uit.
Versiersel:
Klop maaskaas tot glad. Voeg botter by. Klop goed.
Voeg neute en geursel by. Meng deeglik. Voeg versiersuiker geleidelik by.
Klop dit tot die verlangde tekstuur. Smeer oor die koek.

MIKROGOLF VRUGTEKOEK:
600 g vrugtemengsel
75 g kersies
250 g dadels
250 ml bruin suiker
200 ml water
125 g botter/marg
250 ml brandewyn

Plaas die bestandele in n bak, maak toe en mikro vir 5 minute op hoog.
Meng nou:
500 ml koekmeel
15 ml kakao
15 ml koffiepoeier
2 ml gemmer
1 ml sout

Roer 5 ml koeksoda by warm mengsel, dit sal skuim en voeg dan al die droe bestandele by. Meng goed. Voeg nou 2 groot geklitste eiers by en meng weer goed.
Bedek bodem van mikrobak met bakpapier en gooi mengsel in. Sit bak op omgedopte piering of eierdosie en mikro vir 25 min op med/50%.
Sprinkel dan 25 ml brandewyn oor terwyl dit nog in die bak is en laat heeltemal afkoel. Keer dan uit.
*Wenk:
Voer die hele bak uit met waspapier dan absorbeer die brandewyn lekkerder.

BLITSRESEP: Vinnige vrugtekoek:
Probeer die min moeite-sukses gewaarborg-mikrogolfoond-vrugtekoek – dis nie nodig om hom ‘n maand voor die tyd al te bak nie!  deur Rosa Myburgh
 As jy so lief is vir vrugtekoek soos ek en jy altyd uitstel om ‘n heerlike koek te bak is hierdie resep net vir jou! Dis maklik om te maak; jy hoef nie met bruinpapier te sukkel nie en dit bak boonop nie twee ure soos ‘n gewone vrugtekoek nie. Die beste is dat jy ook nie maande hoef te wag voor jy dit eers kan sny nie.
Die bakvrugte-mengsel waarvan ek hier praat, kry mens gewoonlik in die winkelrakke tussen die gedroogde vrugte met die presiese naam, “baking mix” op. Dit word spesiaal vir die tipe gebak gerieflik vir ons gemeng.
1. Meng die onderstaande bestanddele in ‘n groot glasbak:
* 125 g margarien / botter
* 500 g bakvrugte-mengsel
* 250 ml suiker
* 375 ml water
* 5 ml koeksoda

Mikrogolf die mengsel 10 minute lank by volle krag. (100%).
Roer goed en laat afkoel.
2. Voeg 25 ml brandewyn by.
3. Klits 2 eiers en voeg by die mengsel bo.
4. Sif die volgende bestanddele tesame:
* 500 ml koekmeel
* 10 ml bakpoeier
* 5 ml gemmer
* 2.5 ml kaneel
* 2.5 ml gemengde speserye
* knippie sout

5. Voeg die volgende by die meelmengsel en meng goed:
* 100g gekapte kersies
* 60g neute
6. Meng die meelmengsel en vrugtemengsel.
7. Gooi die deeg in ‘n gesmeerde mikrogolf-ringkoekpan met ‘n deursnee van 22 cm en ‘n diepte van 8 cm. Mikrogolf vir 20 – 22 minute by medium krag (70%).
Laat die koek 10 minute in die bak afkoel. Keer op ‘n afkoelrak uit.
8. Gooi 125 ml brandewyn oor die koek.
9. Wanneer die koek koud is, draai hom in foelie toe. Die koek hoef nie soos ander vrugtekoeke ‘n maand lank te verouder nie. Jy kan eintlik dadelik wegspring en eet.
10. Die koek kan met die volgende sous bedien word:
* Meng 60 ml sagte botter (met ander woorde, by kamertemperatuur) en 30 ml (2 eetlepels) bruinsuiker vinnig met ‘n teelepel – sodat dit goed meng.
* Voeg 15 ml brandewyn by en meng.
* Skep in ‘n bakkie en dien op saam met die gesnyde vrugtekoek.

EGGLESS MOLTEN LAVA CAKE:

Ingredients
•Flour – 1 ablespoon
•Powdered Sugar – 1 or 1.5 tablespoons
•Cocoa Powder – 1.5 teaspoon
•Milk – 4-5 tablespoons (use water if vegan)
•Salt – a pinch
•Baking Soda / Soda bi carb – a pinch
•Baking Powder – 1/8 teaspoon
•Butter / Oil – 2 teaspoons
•Modelling / Cooking Chocolate – a huge chunk
Instructions
1.Sift together flour, sugar & cocoa powder.
2.Add salt, baking soda, baking powder & mix well.
3.Add melted butter / oil and mix.
4.Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time & mix well to get a smooth batter.
5.Pour into a microwave safe bowl
6.Push the chunk of chocolate right into
the center of the batter. (Make sure the chocolate doesn’t protrude out of the batter. It has to completely disappear into the center)
7.Microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes. (Microwave time varies. Change accordingly)
8.Let it sit for a minute, unmould & serve plainly or with a dollop of Vanilla Ice cream.
Serving size: 1 cup
Notes
- Microwave time varies, so check if the cake is done after 1.5 minutes
- This is best eaten warm as when it gets cold, the chocolate starts to harden. You can always re-heat and eat.

MICROWAVE MINI-FRUITCAKES:
500g fruitcake mix
250g dates, finely chopped
250ml (1 c) soft brown sugar
150g butter, softened
250ml (1 c) hot water
30ml (2 T) cocoa powder
10ml (2 t) bicarbonate of soda

500ml (2 c) self-raising flour
5ml (1 t) mixed spice
Pinch of salt
3 eggs, whisked
150ml brandy
100g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
200g red glace cherries, halved
DECORATION
500ml (2 c) icing sugar1 egg white, lightly whisked
A
few drops of lemon juice
About 24 red sultanas or red cherries, halved
Put the fruitcake mix, chopped dates, brown sugar, butter, hot water and cocoa powder in a microwave-proof dish and microwave the mixture for 4 minutes. Stir well and cook for another 4 minutes.
Add the bicarbonate of soda, mix and leave to cool.
In a separate bowl sift together the four, mixed spice and salt then fold into the fruit mixture.
Mix in the eggs, brandy, nuts and cherries and spoon the batter into 6 hollows of a greased silicone muffin tin, filling each three-quarters of the way.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
DECORATION
Whisk together the icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice until well blended. Spoon the mixture into an icing bag with a nozzle and pipe the icing onto the cakes. Decorate each cake with a sultana or half a cherry.
Makes about 24 muffin-size cakes.

“Don’t have time” – CHOCOLATE CAKE:  [ARGILLA]
250 ml cake flour
12.5 ml baking powder
250 ml sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
45 ml cacao
50 ml oil
5 ml vanilla essence
250 ml boiling water

Sieve flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat eggs, cacao, oil, vanilla and boiling water. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon batter into lined, greased Cake Pudding Ring. Microwave for 7 minutes on high. Leave to cool, unmold and ice with caramel condensed milk or your favourite icing.

DELICIOUS MARMITE CAKE: [ARGILLA]
250 ml castor sugar
3 eggs
150 ml milk
30 ml margarine
375 ml self-raising flour
7 ml salt
Sauce:
50 ml Marmite
50 ml margarine, cheese grated

Mix sugar and eggs. Heat milk and margarine in
microwave, add to sugar mixture. Add flour and salt, mix well. Pour into greased Cake Pudding Ring. Microwave for 9 minutes at 70% power.
Melt Marmite and margarine to make sauce. Pour over unmolded cake. Sprinkle with cheese.

SJOKOLADEKOEK MET GEHEIME VULSEL: [ANCIOSE STRYDOM]
1 koppie gesifte koekmeel
1 koppie strooisuiker
12.5ml bakpoeier
2 ml sout
Meng bogenoemde bestandele.
Klits 3 eiers tot sponserig.
Voeg 80ml kookolie in dun straaltjie by eiers terwyl menger op hoë spoed klits. Voeg 75 ml kakao by.
Klits nou 1 teelepel hoogvol sterk koffie by kookwater en klits als tot skuimerig.

Voeg nou die droë bestandele by die nat terwyl met menger geklits word tot net gemeng en glad.. Moenie te veel klits .. Die bakpoeier gaan platval. Gooi in bespuite ringkoek pan (sulicon soort werk heerlik.. Maar moet die diep een wees)
Bak vir 6 minute op hoog in milrogolf.
Keer dadelik na gaar uit op bord en plaas die ring weer terug oor die warm koek. Die koek stoom homself nou heerlik klam. Laat afkoel voor pan verwyder word.
Maak intussen die geheime sous(baie ryk) nie vir sensitiewe eters nie!!

Halwe koppie botter

Meng 1 koppie suiker met 100ml maizena en 100ml kakao. Meng die room by en plaas botter by bogenoemde..gebruik n diep mikrogolf bak.
Kook die mengsel vir ongeveer 10 minute en roer na byna elke minuut tot lekker dik, blink en die whisk spore maak..
Gooi net so warm oor die koek. Ek vul die gaaitjie ook met die mengsel.
Strooi biki kakao oor koek en bedien..
Die vulsel stol oor die koek..

375 ml strooisuiker

PEANUT BUTTER MUG CAKE  [LOW FAT]:
Yield: 1-2
Cook Time: 1.5 mins
Total Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons peanut butter
6 tablespoons fat free milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an oversized coffee mug. Whisk well with a small whisk until smooth. If there are flour chunks, use fork to break up chunks. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then take it out to check to see if it is done. If not, continue to microwave in thirty second intervals. Mine was done at 2 minutes. You don’t want to overcook it or it will become rubbery. You can also make this into two regular sized mugs. You can mix the batter all in one mug and then pour half into another mug. Make sure you cook each one individually. They will likely be done faster (around 1 1/2 minutes).

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG: [UNKNOWN]

CHOCOLATE MARBLE CAKE:
Curd     1 cup       [buttermilk or yoghurt]
Milk             :    ½  cup
Oil              :    ½  cup
Cocoa          :    ½  cup
Sugar            :    1½ cup   
Maida            :    1¾ cup [flour]
Sodium bi carbonate    : 1 tsp   
Vanilla Essence        : 1 tsp
Butter            : 1 tsp  
Method    
Mix maida, sodium bi carbonate and seive.
Add curd, milk, oil and sugar to maida and mix.
Add vanilla Essence.
Mix half the maida with cocoa powder.
Mix butter.
In a tray set the contents and cut like marble with the help of a fork.
keep it in the oven for 6 -7 minutes on 80 % power.
Remove from oven and set aside for two minutes.         .

AMAZING CHOCOLATE LEMONADE CAKE: [by RM77]
EK HET DIT VERLEDE SONDAG GEMAAK. BAIE LEKKER KLAM KOEK EN HEERLIK!
I discovered this recipe through my sister in law who is a tupperware lady. It always works out and does not fail to impress. You can even make it at the end of a dinner party when you have had a couple of glasses of bubbly!
Serves 8 to 12
Ingredients
1 packet rich chocolate cake mix
1 packet chocolate instant pudding mix
2 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup lemonade
Toblerone chocolate sauce
200g toblerone chocolate
¼ cup/125ml thickened cream
2 tsp tia maria, kahlua or baileys
Method
1Lightly grease a microwave safe ring cake pan with butter to avoid sticking.
2Place cake mix and pudding mix in bowl and stir to combine
3Add eggs, oil, lemonade and stir to combine.
4Pour evenly into cake pan and place in microwave, elevate off base of microwave (use a dinner plate turned upside down).
5Cook on high for 7-9 minutes.
6Remove and set aside to cool for a short time. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before turning out.
7Turn cake out onto serving plate.
8To make the chocolate sauce place chocolate and cream in microwave jug.
9Cook for 1 minute on high.
10Remove and stir using a spatula.
11Continue process for 30 seconds each time until the chocolate is melted and combines well with cream.
12Add Tia Maria, Kahlua or Baileys.
13Pour chocolate sauce over the cake and serve with double cream.

QUICK MIX CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH TOBLERONE SAUCE:
Ingredients
1 Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Packet Instant Pudding (Not self saucing)
1 Cup Lemonade
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Sauce
200 gm Toblerone Chocolate
1/3 Cup thickened Cream
Method
Mix all ingredients in the B2B Mix N Pour
Pour into Kugelhopf form and cook on high (800W) for 7 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 mins before turning out
Place sauce ingredients into the Microwave Jug and cook on high (800W) for 30 seconds
Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds
Stir through 2 teaspoons of Tia Maria if desired and pour over cake
Decorate as you like. 

APPLE CINNAMON UPSIDE DOWN CAKE:
Ingredients
•1/2 Apple
•1/4 cup egg whites
•2 Heaping Tbsp. greek yogurt
•1 Tbsp. oat flour
•1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
•1/2 Tea. baking powder
•1 Splenda Packet (or sweetner of choice)
•1/4 tea. Cinnamon, Splash of Vanilla Extract
Instructions
1.Thinly slice 1/2 an apple and place in the bottom of an oiled microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and microwave for about 2-2 1/2 minutes to soften apples.
2.Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl (this includes the 1/4 tea cinnamon), add wet ingredients and combine. Poor over apples and microwave for about 2 more minutes. Eat out of the mug once cooled, or flip over onto a plate.
Notes
Feel free to try different flour combos, or all just one flour type - I'm just weird and like to mix mine.

CHEAT'S CHOCOLATE SPONGE:
Beat 25g cocoa powder into the sponge mix instead of the lemon zest. If you have any chocolate in the cupboard, chop 25g chocolate roughly and stir through. Microwave as before. Meanwhile, put 4 tbsp readymade chocolate sauce into a bowl. Heat through, then pour over the pudding. Serve with ice cream or double cream.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR SQUARES: (from Kraft.com)
2 c. milk
1 4 serving size pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. tub thawed Cool Whip
1 box of graham crackers (You’ll use about 2/3 of the box.)
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (I used semisweet chocolate chips which I had on hand.)
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioner’s sugar
WHAT TO DO:
1. Pour 1 3/4 c. milk into a large bowl.  Add the pudding mix and whisk 2 minutes.  Gently stir in the Cool Whip.  Lay crackers into a 13×9 pan, breaking as necessary, to cover the bottom.  Top with 1/2 of the pudding mix.  Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of graham crackers.
2. In a medium bowl, microwave the chocolate and butter on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.  Stir til the chocolate is completely melted.  (I did this in a small saucepan on the stove.  I don’t trust the microwave not to burn the chocolate.)  Add the sugar and 1/4 c. milk; stir til well blended.  Immediately spread over the grahams.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
I overestimated how much I’d put down for the first layer, so we have a really skinny layer and a fat layer.   Oh well!
This next recipe was the answer to a chocolate craving that my best friend and I had one night.  We didn’t have anything in the house, but we did find a recipe (from Pinterest!) for microwave brownies that only required basic pantry ingredients.  Oh my goodness!  You’d never believe that something so easy and quick could taste so good.  Especially if you put a dollop of peanut butter in the middle of it.  These may not be gourmet, but they are a great way to take care of your midnight craving.

BROWNIES:  [from A Crafty Cook]
 [2 servings]
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp. veggie oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 handful chocolate chips
WHAT TO DO:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until they are lump-free.  Add in the oil and the milk to form a thick paste.  Stir in the chocolate chips and divide among 2 microwave-safe mugs or ramekins.  (I put a little of the batter down, topped that with a dollop of peanut butter, and then topped it with the rest of the batter.  My best friend topped hers with caramel after cooking it.)
2. Microwave each mug separately for 30 seconds.  If the cake isn’t done, cook 15-30 more seconds.  The top should be a little springy.
And the last dessert is what I brought to our church’s annual chili/dessert cook-off: chocolate-peanut butter cookie bars.  These are amazing and decadent with a hefty dose of peanut butter.  This year I just wanted to make something easy and tasty, and these fit the bill.  I got to bring some home, but they won’t last much longer; they are so good!
 
MILKTART:   VERY EASY AND DELISH!
This is a very traditional South African tart, although the recipe usually calls for it to be baked. This recipe boils the liquid and then allows it to set in the fridge, which gives a much better finish to the tart.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
100g sugar
50ml flour
75 ml maizina (corn starch or corn flour)
10ml vanilla essence
60ml butter
1lt milk
*There is a difference between vanilla essence and vanilla flavouring. If you only have the latter available you should only use 1tsp (5ml).
For the crust:
200g Baker's Tennis Biscuits or Digestive Biscuits
100g melted butter
Cinnamon for decoration on top
Method:
1. Boil the milk and the butter over a low heat, until the butter has melted.
TIP: I do this in the microwave, a minute at a time on the highest setting, mixing with a whisk between turns. This not only prevents the milk from boiling over, but also from burning and sticking to the bottome of the pot (which it almost always does on the stove).
2. In a seperate bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar together.
3. Add the flour and the maizina to the egg mixture and beat well.
4. Add the egg mixture and the vanilla essence to the milk and continue to heat up until the mixture is thick and creamy.
5. Crush the biscuits in a bowl until they are crumbled.
6. Add the melted butter and mix with a spoon.
7. Spread the biscuit and butter mixture on the bottom of a tart bowl. You needn't cover the sides.
8. Add the milk mixture and spread it evenly in the bowl.
9. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and put in the fridge for about four hours (until set).

TUPPERWARE MICRO CHOCOLATE CAKE:
Super moist chocolate cake mix (follow directions for a super moist chocolate cake)
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips (fold in last)
Instructions
Pour 3/4 of cake batter in 3/4 quart Tupperware casserole. Mix: Spread cream cheese mixture over batter in Tupperware casserole. Spread evenly. Pour remaining cake batter into 3/4 quart casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave 15 minutes. Need to rotate cake while cooking. Watch closely so cake will cook evenly. Let cool 5 or 10 minutes. Flip cake onto plate.(I use Tupperware microwavable dish with a cone in the middle.)

PECAN KAASKOEK:
4 tablespoons margarine
1 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups nutty crust crumbs
16 ounces cream cheese
2 large eggs
14 ounces caramel candies about 36
1 cup chocolate chips divided
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
12 large pecan halves
METHOD:
Put margarine in a 9 inch round glass layer cake pan.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds, until melted.
Stir in crumbs and pat on bottom of pan.
Put caramels in a one quart casserole with evaporated milk and microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high until melted; pour on crust and press pecan pieces into it and refrigerate.
Put cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with
1/2 cup chocolate chips; microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on medium, until cheese is softened and chips melted.
Add sugar and vanilla, blend with an electric mixer.
Add egg and blend.
Pour on top of caramel layer in cake pan.
Bake at medium high for 10 to 11 minutes, rotating twice, until center still jiggles slightly. Cool and refrigerate.
Combine remaining chips with 2 tablespoons milk in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until chips are melted. Stir until smooth and spread on top of cheese cake.
Top with pecan halves.

MAASKAAS KASSEROL:
BESTANDDELE:
500 gr. maaskaas
3 eiers
Suiker - na smaak
3 eetlepels.semolina
1 pakket vanielje suiker

Meng die maaskaas, eiers, suiker, semolina, vanielje suiker, rosyntjies en ingemaakte kersies.
Meng goed.
Giet gemengde deeg in mikrogolfbak.
Mikrogolf op maksimum krag vir sowat 12-15 minute.
Wanneer bedien kan jy suurroom oorgooi.
VARIASIE:
Jy kan ook versier met bessies, gesny groente en sprinkel met sjokolade.

AMAZING CHOCOLATE LEMONADE CAKE: [Recipe submitted by RM77]
I discovered this recipe through my sister in law who is a tupperware lady. It always works out and does not fail to impress. You can even make it at the end of a dinner party when you have had a couple of glasses of bubbly!
Serves 8 to 12
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet rich chocolate cake mix
1 packet chocolate instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup lemonade
Toblerone chocolate sauce
200g toblerone chocolate
¼ cup/125ml thickened cream
2 tsp Tia Maria, Kahlua or Baileys
METHOD:
1.Lightly grease a microwave safe ring cake pan with butter to avoid sticking.
2.Place cake mix and pudding mix in bowl and stir to combine
3.Add eggs, oil, lemonade and stir to combine.
4.Pour evenly into cake pan and place in microwave, elevate off base of microwave (use a dinner plate turned upside down).
5.Cook on high for 7-9 minutes.
6.Remove and set aside to cool for a short time. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before turning out.
7.Turn cake out onto serving plate.
8.To make the chocolate sauce place chocolate and cream in microwave jug.
9.Cook for 1 minute on high.
10.Remove and stir using a spatula.
11.Continue process for 30 seconds each time until the chocolate is melted and combines well with cream.
12.Add Tia Maria, Kahlua or Baileys.
13.Pour chocolate sauce over the cake and serve with double cream.

MIKROGOLF WORTELKOEK:

Klits:
2 eiers
125ml gerasperde appel of pynappel
170ml kookolie
250ml gerasperde wortel
200ml bruinsuiker
Voeg by:
300ml koekmeel
250ml neute, gekap
5ml bakpoeier
5ml vanilla
5ml kaneel
5ml koeksoda(met bietjie melk gemeng)
2ml sout
Gooi in ringkoekpan wat met Spray & Cook gespuit is. Bak 12 minute, Med High 70%)
Versiersuiker
160ml maaskaas
60ml margarien
500ml versiersuiker
5ml vanilla
Klits goed en gooi oor koek as dit afgekoel is.

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped       
1 cup stirred whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening [butter/margarine also fine]
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup very ripe mashed banana
1/4 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts in bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
2.Stir together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3.Cream together shortening and 1/2 cup brown sugar in bowl, using an electric mixer at medium speed.
4.Beat in eggs, vanilla and banana. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
5.Pour batter into greased 8-inch square glass baking dish, spreading batter slightly higher in corners. Sprinkle evenly with walnut mixture.
6.Microwave on medium setting for 9 minutes, rotating dish one quarter turn every 2 minutes. Place small pieces of aluminum foil over cooked areas of cake. Check the use and care manual for your microwave oven before using foil, because the magnetron tubes on some ovens can be damaged by foil.
7.Microwave on high setting for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cake pulls away from sides of dish and top is done.
8.Cool in dish on wooden board or heatproof surface. Serve warm or cool.

MIKROGOLF MARMITE KOEK:
Beslag:
Halwe koppie suiker 10ml Bakpoeier
Halwe koppie Margarien 1 en halwe koppie meel
2 Eiers
2ml Sout
1 Koppie Melk
So maak mens:
Meng droee bestanddele saam en meng margarien daarby in. Klits eiers en melk saam en voeg by mengsel. Meng goed en gooi in warm ringvorm. Mikrogolf vir 10 minue op hoog. Laat effens afkoel (3 minute) en keer uit op koekbord.
Sous:
4 Eetlepels Margarien
10ml Marmite
Fyn biltong vir oorstrooi.
SO MAAK JY:
Smelt margarien en marmite saam en gooi oor warm koek. Strooi biltong oor - kan ook fyn gerasperde kaas gebruik. Bedien louwarm.

VEELSYDIGE MIKROGOLFKOEK:  [HUISGENOOT]
KOEK
2 ekstragroot eiers
250 ml (1 k) suiker
15 ml (1 e) mayonnaise
500 ml (2 k) koekmeel
10 ml (2 t) bakpoeier
knippie sout
5 ml (1 t) vanieljegeursel
250 ml (1 k) kookwater
1 blikkie (115 g) grenadellamoes
VERSIERSEL
100 g (1 plak) wit sjokolade, in blokkies gebreek
25 ml (5 t) grenadellamoes
Voer die boom van ’n mikrogolfringpan uit met kombuispapier
KOEK
Klits die eiers, suiker en mayonnaise goed saam. Sif die droë bestanddele saam en roer dit en die vanieljegeursel by die eiermengsel in. Voeg die kookwater en grenadellamoes by en meng goed. Giet die mengsel in die voorbereide pan en mikrogolf 6-7 minute by hoog of tot die koek net-net begin wegtrek van die kante en terugwip as jy liggies met jou vinger daarop druk. Laat die koek in die pan afkoel en keer uit op ’n koekbord.
VERSIERSEL
Smelt die sjokolade in die mikrogolfoond en roer die grenadellamoes by. Skep oor die koek. Of net sjokolade.

DELICIOUS MARMITE CAKE: [ARGILLA]
250 ml castor sugar
3 eggs150 ml milk

30 ml margarine
375 ml self-raising flour
7 ml salt
Sauce:
50 ml Marmite
50 ml margarine, cheese grated
WHAT TO DO:
Mix sugar and eggs. Heat milk and margarine in microwave, add to sugar mixture.
Add flour and salt, mix well. Pour into greased Argilla Cake Pudding Ring.
Microwave for 9 minutes at 70% power. Melt Marmite and margarine to make sauce.
Pour over unmolded cake. Sprinkle with cheese.

CHOC COCONUT YOGURT CAKE:  [ARGILLA]

185 g butter, softened

240 g sugar

4 eggs

180 ml natural yogurt

100 g dark chocolate

45-60 ml milk

Topping

90 g butter

100 g sugar

60 ml milk

70 g desiccated coconut

5 ml vanilla essence

WHAT TO DO:

Place butter and sugar in 1 kg Mixing Bowl; beat till creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beat after each addition. Add the vanilla, flour, yogurt

270 g self raising flour, sifted

 and a little milk if necessary to form a dropping

consistency. Spoon mixture into a greased and lined Medium Gourmet Classic Roaster. Melt chocolate and 45 ml milk together, stir well and pour over cake batter. Bake for 50 minutes or until a

skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before unmolding.

Microwave butter, sugar and milk together for 2 minutes, Stir well, microwave for another 2 minutes. Add coconut and essence. Spoon over cake.

MY WENK:

Bak in mikrogolf in ringpan vir 7 minute op HOOG. Toets vir gaarheid, indien nog nie gaar, bak vir nog 30 sekondes. Onthou net daar is 5 minute staantyd waarin die koek ook nog verder bak.

LEKKER WORTEL EN PIESANG KOEK: [51 resepte]

Sif saam:

350 ml koekmeel

5 ml bakpoeier

5 ml koeksoda

5 ml kaneel

3 ml sout

Voeg by:

250 ml bruin suiker

250 ml gekapte okkerneute of pekanneute

25 ml piesang – fyn gedruk

250 ml gerasperde wortel

150 ml olie

25 ml water

2 groot eiers

5 ml vanieljegeursel

MAAK DAN SO:

Meng als saam.

Gooi in uitgevoerde plastiekbak/mikrogolfbak.

Sit in mikrogolfoond vir 11 – 14 minute op medium.

Laat afkoel.

Versier met roomkaas & versiersuiker:

37,5 ml margarien

250 ml versiersuiker

50 ml roomkaas

5 ml vanieljegeursel

Meng saam en versier koek.

Die resep van n 3 bestandeel sponskoek in die oond op ons blog het my laat besluit om dit met kakao in te bak in die mikrogolf en is voorwaar n treffer! Gebruik net n diep mikrogolf bak.

RESEP:                                                                                 

1 Koppie bruismeel

50 ml kakao

1 koppie strooisuiker

6 eiers versigtig geskei

MAAK DAN SO:

Meng meel en kakao

Klits eierwitte met halwe koppie strooisuiker tot styf en blink

Klits eiergele met n halwe koppie strooisuiker tot lig en sponsig!

Vou die eiergeel en eierwit sagkuns bymekaar.

Vou die meel en kakao nou lepels gewys by die eiermengsel

Bak vir 8min op hoog in mikrogolf van 1000w

Sit enige vulsel oor . Ek het die vulsel van my gewone mikrogolf koek gebruik!

 

MAKLIKE MIKROGOLF SJOKOLADEKOEK:

1k (250ml) lou water

1k strooisuiker

3E (45ml) kakao

2 eiers

1k koekmeel

knippie sout

1t vanilla essence

SO MAAK JY:

Sif die droe bestandele saam.

Klits eiers en gooi vanilla by.

Gooi lou water by.

12,5ml bakpoeier

 

Gooi beslag in hoe, gespuite mikrogolf bakpan. Bak in mikrogolf vir 7 minute op hoog.

Wag 7 minute en keer die koek uit op 'n draadrak om af te te koel. Vir versiering:

Meng 1 klein blikkie Nestle room en 'n blikkie Caramel Treat kondensmelk.

Smeer oor die koek. Krummel 'n flake bo-oor.

"This is a delicious and easy coffee cake that my mom used to make frequently when I was younger! It's so simple to whip it up and toss it in the microwave! I've also made this using reduced fat Bisquick, applesauce in place of the oil, and Egg Beaters in the batter to make it a little healthier, and it still tasted fabulous."

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix ( Bisquick)

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons oil

1/3 cup buttermilk biscuit mix

1/3 cup brown sugar ( packed)

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped nuts

GLAZE:

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon milk

WHAT TO DO:

1.In mixing bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix and white sugar.

2.Add 1/2 cup milk, egg, and oil.

3.Beat by hand, mixing well.

4.Pour into greased 8-inch round dish.

5.Blend 1/3 cup biscuit mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.

6.Sprinkle over batter and sprinkle with nuts.

7.Microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes. (6 minutes always works perfectly in my microwave.).

8.Cool 15 minutes; drizzle with fine glaze.

10.Glaze:

Stir together confectioner's sugar and 1 Tbsp milk.
