125 g botter
250 ml bruinsuiker
1 blik kondensemelk
250 ml hawermout
250 ml klapper
250 ml korente
100 ml sultanas
250 ml rysvlokkies
250 ml volgraan vlokkies -all bran
200 g sjokolade gesmelt
Smeer rolkoek pan.
Smelt botter in groot bak in mikrogolf.
Roer die bruinsuiker en kondensmelk by en roer tot goed gemeng.
Plaas vir 9 minute in mikrogolf en roer elke 1 inuut.
Verwyder en voeg res van bestandele by en meng goed. Druk vas in pan en sny in blokkies terwyl nog warm.
Skep lepels vol sjokolade op elke blokkie, moenie smeer nie.

TWO-MINUTE CUP CAKES:

• 60 g butter
• ¼ cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
• 1 egg, beaten
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• 8 marshmallows
Melt the butter in a large microwave proof bowl on High (100% power) for 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and cocoa.
Mix well to dissolve any lumps.
Add the egg and flour, and stir through with a fork.
Spoon the mixture into eight triple thickness paper patty pans.
Place around the edge of the microwave turntable and cook on High for 1 minute.
Place a whole marshmallow on the top of each cup cake.
Cook on High for 30 seconds or until the Marshmallow begins to melt.
Remove from the oven immediately.
Leave to cool.
SJOKOLADEKOEKIES [ROMANY CREAMS]:

250 g margarien
½ kop kookwater
2 kop klapper
2 kop koekmeel
4 e kakao
1 t bakpoeier
1 kop strooisuiker
Knippie sout
Room margarien en suiker.
Voeg droë gesifte bestanddele om die beurt met kookwater by.
Voeg klapper by en meng goed.
Trek glasblad met pastiekkeelstof oor en plaas lepelsvol deeg op glasblad in sirkels gerangskik.
Bak koekies 2½ minuut op volle krag.
Wanneer koud, sit vas aanmekaar met gesmelte sjokolade.
MINT SLICES: - ENGELA VAN NIEKERK
400g good-quality chocolate;
125g butter;
250ml icing sugar, sifted;
few drops op peppermint essence;
few drops of green food colouring;
milk to mix.
Break chocolate into small squares, place half in heat-resistant bowl, add 30g butter, microwave om 50% power, 2 to 3 minutes until chocolate is soft.
Stir until smooth.
Repeat with remaining chocolate and 30g butter.
Pour into square dish, allow to set in refrigerator.
Place remaining ingredients in mixingbowl.
Beat with electric beater until smooth and creamy.
Add a little milk to mix.
Adjust flavour to taste.
Spread icing over set chocolate, return to refrigerator until firm.
Cut into blocks and hold in refrigerator unteil required.
Make 32.
Kids love it.

1 cup. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat all 4 in a small bowl until light.
Add:
1/2 cup. melted butter
Mix well.
Mix in:
3/4 cup. flour
1/2 cup. baking cocoa
Stir in:
1 cup. nuts OR
1/2 cup. coconut
Spread batter into 8 inch square greased baking dish.
Cook 6 to 7 minutes on HIGH turning 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.

MICROWAVE SUGAR COOKIES:

3/4 cup. butter
1 cup. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 cup. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Soften butter (15 seconds in microwave).
Cream butter; gradually add sugar.
Cream until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
Toss flour, baking powder, and salt to mix; add to creamed mixture and combine well.
Chill dough 1 hour until firm.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut in shapes.
Arrange 8 cookies in a ring on waxed paper.
Cook 2 minutes on HIGH.
3-4 dozen.
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES:

2 cups. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 cup. peanut butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup. milk
1 cup. oats (minute oats)
Mix together.
Cook on high for 3 minutes.
Stir.
Cook on high 3 more minutes.
Stir in peanut butter and oats.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
MICROWAVE RICE KRISPIE SQUARES:

1/4 cup. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
6 cups. Rice Krispies
In glass microwave safe bowl combine butter and marshmallows on high for 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
Cook 1 1/2 - 2 minutes longer on high.
Stir.
Add cereal and mix until well coated.
Press into buttered 13x9x2 pan.
Cut into squares when cool.
NESTLE COCOA CUPCAKES:
60ml cocoa
125ml hot water
250ml flour
10 ml baking powder
2.5ml salt
3 eggs seperated
60ml oil
220ml sugar
5ml vanilla essence
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix the cocoa with the water and allow to cool.
3. Sift the flour baking powder and salt together.
4. Combine the egg yolks, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and cocoa mixture.
5. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix though.
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently into the cocoa mixture.
7. Divide the mixture into 12 muffin tins lined with paper cases.
8. Bakes for 12 to 15 minutes.
To Microwave - I did not try this metod
1. Pour the mixture into a 21cm plastic ring mould.
2. Microwave on medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
MICROWAVE BROWNIES:
Fudgy , sweet and chocolate all over and made in a snap! Almost no cleaning required afterwards! What else can we ask of a recipe?
Ready in 20 mins
Makes: 16 brownies
• 150g butter
• 65g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 200g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 100g flour
Prep:5 mins | Cook:5 mins | Extra time:10 mins, cooling
Melt the butter in high for about 30 to 40 seconds. Add the sugar, cocoa and vanilla in that order and mix well.
Add the eggs, slightly whipping after each one. Add the flour and mix well.
Spray a microwave safe glass pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan. Cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes(the more powerful your microwave the less time it takes). Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Tip:
When you take the brownies from the oven the centre will look undone, but it keeps cooking when resting. And if you leave them overnight in the fridge, the next day they will be even more consistent.
Substitution
This recipe also works well with 3 eggs, 100g butter, 65g to 125g of flour, 45g to 65g cocoa. So, don't worry if you don't have enough of any of the ingredients, but make sure not to change more than one amount at a time!
Other ideas
You can also add 120g of nuts to the batter, or 60g of nuts and 80g chocolate chips, or only chocolate chips! Or you can sprinkle some chopped nuts or pistachio nuts (tastes great!) on top before microwaving.

Ongeveer 50 koekies
1 dag oue witbrood
3 kop suiker
1½ kop water
1 kop kakao
2 Desertlepels [25ml] botter/margarien
5ml vanieljegeursel
Ongeveer 3 koppies klapper
Sny die brood in 3cm dik snye.
Sny die korsies af en sny dan in blokkies van 3cm x 3cm.
Mikrogolf die water, suiker, kakao en botter oop vir ongeveer 10 minute op hoog.
Roer die gereeld elke 2 minute goed.
Voeg die vanielje by en meng.
Doop die broodblokkies een vir een met toetspen of breinaald in die warm sjokoladestroop en rol dadelik in die klapper.
Plaas hulle in enkel laag op ‘n skinkbord of af te koel en bietjie droër te word.
Bewaar die ystervarkies in digte houer in die koelkas.
APPELKOOS KRUMMEL BLOKKIES:
Maak 24 blokkies
1 kop bruinsuiker gelykvol
¾ kop botter of margarien
1½ kop koekmeel
1½ kop gou-gaar hawermout
½ t sout
1 blik [340g] appelkooshelftes [1 kop]
Klits suiker en botter tot geroom.
Meng die meel, hawermout en sout hierby.
Behou 1 kop meelmengsel.
Druk die res in vierkantige oondbak van 20 x 20cm.
Mikrogolf op 70% vir 6 – 7 minute of tot pofferig.
PAK appelkose op die deeg. [jy kan dit ook fynmaak en dan oor smeer]
Krummel die oorblywende koppie meelmengsel hieroor.
Mikrogolf weer vir 5 minute op 70%.
Laat dit afkoel.
Sny in blokkies van 4 x 5cm om ongeveer 20 blokkies te kry.
MICROWAVE LEMON BARS:
1/2 cup. butter
1/4 cup. powdered sugar
1 cup. plus 2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup. sugar
1/4 cup. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 1 cup flour. Pat dough 1/8 inch thick into 12 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Cool. Mix beaten eggs, salt, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder.
Pour mixture over crust. Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn at two minute intervals. Garnish with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Serve warm. Makes 16 bars.
MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY COOKIE-WICHES:
1/2 cup. butter
1/2 cup. peanut butter
1/2 cup. sugar
1/2 cup. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 1/2 cup. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Jam or jelly
Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg. Blend in remaining ingredients except jelly. Cover and chill. Shape dough in small balls. Place 12 balls on baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Cook in microwave oven for 1 1/2 minutes. Cookies should still be slightly moist. Let cookies cool a little before removing them from waxed paper. When cooled, sandwich cookies together with jelly or jam filling.
CHOCOLATY PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS:

"These simple no-bake chocolate, peanut butter, and toffee treats are so easy a kid can make them. Just melt a few ingredients in a microwave oven, mix, and plop onto a baking sheet."
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup toffee baking bits
1 cup chow mein noodles
DIRECTIONS:
1.Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and cook on High for 30 seconds; stir and repeat several times, just until the chips are melted. Add peanut butter, cook for 20 more seconds to warm the peanut butter, and mix thoroughly. Mix in the toffee bits and chow mein noodles; stir to coat the ingredients with the chocolate mixture.
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper; drop the mixture onto the lined sheets by the tablespoon. Refrigerate until set.
MIKROGOLF SKUIMPIES: [mikrogolf wenners - ANNETTE HUMAN]
2 ekstra groot eiers, geskei
3 + 3/4 kop versiersuiker
5 ml vanielje geursel, paar druppels voedselkleursel.
Klits eierwitte goed met 'n menger.
Sif die versiersuiker en voeg dit saam met geursel en kleursel by. Meng baie goed tot 'n stywe "deeg".
Maak ongeveer 21 skuimpies op 'n keer.
Rol elke skuimpie [1 teelepel vol] in balletjies.
Plaas balletjies in twee rye op die buiterand van 'n mikrogolfvaste glasbord.
Mikrogolf die skuimpies vir 1½ - 2 minute by 100% krag.
[Kan ook in cupcake houertjies geplaas word voordat jy die gaarmaak.]
Lewer ongeveer 84 skuimpies.
Bêre in lugdigte houer en gebruik in nageregte, saam met roomys gemeng [gebreek]. Kan na smaak gegeur en gekleur word.
Maklik en vinnig met baie min moeite. ENJOY!
CUSTARD SLICES:
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
•1 Packet Cream Crackers
•1 liter Milk
•1 tin Condensed Milk
•1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
•3 Eggs
•2 Tablespoons Margarine
•80 ml Custard Powder
•2 cups Icing Sugar
•40 ml Boiling Water
Microwave on high – 10 + 5 minutes
Method:
1.Microwave on high, the condensed milk, milk and margarine, until boiling. Stir after 5 minutes. Will boil after about 10 minutes.
2.Beat together the eggs, custard powder and vanilla essence.
3.Add a bit of the hot milk mix to the egg mix, stir well, then add the egg mix to the milk mixture.
4.Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring about every minute.
5.Beat until smooth.
6.Arrange the cream crackers in the bottom of a greased container, pour the custard mixture over them, then add another layer of cream crackers.
7.Leave in fridge to cool completely.
8.Mix the icing sugar with the boiling water, and pour over the slices. Set again in fridge.

Moet net nie te veel water bygooi nie anders is dit te loperig.
1 pak cream crackers
1 liter melk
250 ml suiker
60 ml margarien
120 ml koekmeel
100 ml mielieblom
10 ml vlapoeier
2 ml sout
100 ml koue water
3 eiers - geskei
5 ml vanielje geursel
500 ml versiersuiker - gesif
ongeveer 40 ml kookwater
Verhit die melk en roer botter en suiker by tot gesmelt.
Meng koekmeel, mielieblom, vlapoeier, vanielje geursel, sout en koue water tot pasta.
Voeg die eiergele by en klits goed.
Klits by die melkmengsel en roer gereeld tot dik.
Klits eierwitte en vou in die vlamengsel in.
Gooi warm vla oor die beskuitjie en bedek met nog 'n laag beskuitjies.
Kyk dat die beskuitjies in dieselfde rigting lê.
Laat afkoel.
Meng versiersuiker en kookwater tot smeerbaar.
Gooi oor beskuitjies en smeer gelyk.
EASY MICROWAVE CUPCAKES:
190 ml sugar
190 ml water
250 ml cake flour
5 ml baking powder
2 ml bicarbonate of soda
30 ml cocoa
1 extra large egg, whisked
DECORATION
200 ml icing sugar
15 ml cocoa
45 ml butter
15 ml boiling water
chocolate vermicelli or chopped nuts
80 ml butter
Method:
Mix the butter, sugar and water in a icrowaveproof mixing bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes on 100 per cent power.
Stir well so the sugar dissolves.
Sift the cake flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa together.
Add the butter mixture and stir well with a wire whisk.
Add the egg and mix well.
Spoon the batter into cookie cups, filling them three quarters of the way.
Place 6 cookie cups in a microwaveproof muffin tin at a time and microwave for 2 minutes on 100 per cent power or until the top of the cakes feel spongy. Cool.
Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Sift the icing sugar and cocoa together.
Add the butter and enough boiling water to make an icing that spreads easily.
Cover each cupcake with the icing and decorate with chocolate vermicelli or nuts.

Pak die beskuitjies in rye van drie op die boom van ‘n tertbak. Mikrogolf die melk, suiker en botter/margarine ongeveer 13min op 75% krag en roer die mengsel af en toe. Meng die koekmeel, mielieblom, vlapoeier en sout in ‘n mengbak. Klits die water en eiers saam en maak die meelmengsel daarmee aan. Klits ‘n bietjie van die kookmelkmengsel by die meelmengsel en klits die meelmengsel dan by die res van die kookmelkmengsel. Mikrogolf die vulsel vir 7min by 70% krag en klop dit elke 1 ½ min goed met ‘n draadklopper. Roer die vanilla by. Skep die vulsel op die beskuitjies in die bak en maak gelyk. Bedek dit met ‘n laag beskuitjies wat presies soos die onderste laag gepak word. Laat dit ‘n rukie by kamertemperatuur afkoel en verkil dit verder in die koelkas. Sif die versiersuiker en maak dit met die kookwater en suurlemoensap aan. Bedek die boonste beskuitjies daarmee. Plaas dit in die koelkas om styf te word. Sny net voor opdiening die vlaskywe in blokkies so groot soos die halwe beskuitjie.

Smelt botter, suiker en kondensmelk in kastrol. Verhit tot kookpunt en kook vir 6 minute terwyl dit geroer word. Verwyder van hitte, roer sout en vanielje by en roer goed deur. Roer res van bestanddele by. Druk in gesmeerde, reghoekige oondbak vas en laat afkoel.
Boonste laag :
Smelt sjokolade in dubbelkoker tot glad of in mikrogolfoond teen 70% krag. Roer jogurt by sjokolade en smeer oor koekies.
Laat stol en sny in blokkies.

Onderste laag :
Smelt botter en roer versiersuiker by. Verwyder van hitte. Roer eier, vanielje en sout versigtig by sodat die eier nie stol nie. Sit weer op stoofplaat en roer vir 2 minute op warm plaat. Verwyder van hitte. Roer koekies en pofrys by.
Druk mengsel in klein, gesmeerde oondbak vas en sit in yskas tot gestol.
Boonste laag :
Smelt sjokolade teen 70% krag in mikrogolf en roer tot glad. Smeer sjokolade oor koekielaag wat reeds gestol het en sprinkel neute bo-oor. Laat sjokolade stol en sny koekies met dun skerppuntmes in blokkies. Hou in yskas.
KLAPPER EN KAKAOVIERKANTE:
250ml suiker
50ml kakao
250ml klapper
50ml melk
250ml oats
2ml vanieljegeursel
50g (60ml) margarien
knippie sout
1.Mikrogolf al die bestanddele 4 min lank oop by 100% krag in ’n diep mikrogolfvaste bak met ’n 2 liter volume. Roer dit elke minuut.
2.Smeer met botter of bespuit met spray and cook ’n pan van 20x16 cm.
3.Skep mengsel daarin, maak gelyk met ‘n vurk.
4.Laat afkoel. Sny in blokkies van 4x4 cm wanneer koud of rol dit in balletjies en dan in klapper.
KOLWYNTJIES:
(Lewer 40)
250 ml melk
25g (30ml) botter/margarien
375 ml suiker
3 eiers, geklits
500 ml koekmeel, gesif
5 ml sout
10 ml bakpoeier
5 ml vanielje
Mikrogolf melk en smeer 2 - 3(3-4) minute by volle krag. Sit opsy. Klits suiker geleidelik by eiers in om 'n romerige mengsel te verkry. Vou meelblom en sout by eiermengsel in, strooi bakpoeier bo-oor, voeg melk en geursel by en meng goed. Plaas 6 verdubbelde papiervompies in 'n mikrogolf-muffinpan en skep elk half vol beslag. Mikrigolf 1,5 - 2 (2 - 3) minute by volle krag, lig kolwyntjies met vormpies en al uit pan en sit opsy om af te koel. Herhaal prosedure tot al die beslag opgebruik is. Versier na wens.

BUTTERSCITCH MARBLE SQUARES:
Baking these is a terrific activity for kids, and everyone enjoys the butterscotch taste. They are also terrific midnight snacks.
• ½ cup margarine
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon baking soda
• generous pinch of salt
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Cream margarine, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture into an 8-inch square Pyrex baking pan. Pour melted chocolate on top and marbleize with a knife. Microwave on high for 5–5½ minutes until top springs back when pressed with finger.
Serves 12.
CHOCOLATE AND NUT SQUARES IN A HURRY:
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄3 cup oil
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup coarsely chopped nuts
• ¾ cup sifted flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl mix together the sugar and eggs. Stir in the oil, melted chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread evenly in greased 8x8x2-inch Pyrex or other microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Remove from microwave and cut into squares.
Yields 25 squares.

Sit, versiersuiker, kakao en margarien in groot mikrobak en kook vir 3 min op 100% krag. Meng goed (mengsel sal droog lyk]. Voeg eier by en meng goed. Voeg koekies by en roer goed deur. Sit in gesmeerde pan (25 x 25) en sny in blokkies wanneer afgekoel het. Lekker soet vir die koue dae.
SJOKOLADEKOEKIES:
500 g versiersuiker
30 ml kakao
12,5 ml kitskoffiepoeier
30 g botter
2 eiers
2 pakkies mariekoekies
Sif die versiersuiker, kakao en koffiepoeier saam. Plaas die botter in `n diep glasbak en mikrogolf dit 3 tot 4 minute lank totdat dit gesmelt is. Roer die versiersuiker by die gesmelte botter en mikrogolf dit net totdat dit begin borrel, ongeveer 3 minute lank. Klits die eiers en roer dit vinnig by die warm mengsel in. Breek die mariekoekies in klein stukkies en roer dit by die sjokolademengsel. Smeer `n rolkoekpan en skep die mengsel daarin. Laat dit afkoel en sny in blokkies. Plaas dit in die yskas totdat die blokkies hard is.
DOUBLE BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES:
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 package (6 ounces) butterscotch flavored pieces
Method
Set power select on high. In a medium glass bowl, heat butter 1 - 1½ minutes or until melted; stir in sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into greased 8 or 9 inch round baking dish. Set power select at Medium. Heat 7 - 8½ minutes; let stand, covered 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small glass bowl, heat butterscotch 3 -4 minutes or until melted; add food coloring, stirring until smooth.
Spread over brownies; cut into squares to serve.

250 ml melk
25g (30ml) botter/margarien

Mikrigolf 1,5 - 2 (2 - 3) minute by volle krag, lig kolwyntjies met vormpies en al uit pan en sit opsy om af te koel. Herhaal prosedure tot al die beslag opgebruik is. Versier na wens.

Gooi meel in.
Dan suiker en kakao.
Meng.
Gooi eier in en meng.
Gooi dan melk en olie by.
Meng deeglik.
Sit in mikrogolf vir 3 min op maximum krag (1000watt).
Wag tot dit ophou rys en sak in beker.
Gooi uit en geniet saam met beker koffie.
Gooi alle bestanddele in die beker waarin jy dit gaan maak.
Het nog nie self probeer nie, maar dit lyk lekker en maklik.
Geniet dit.
CHOC CHIP COOKIE IN A MUG:

Who doesn’t love a warm, gooey, chocolatey taste of heaven? This recipe is for all you chocolate chip cookie lovers without an oven. Mix these few ingredients together and out comes a single serving of a classic dessert.
Ingredients:
•1 tbls. butter, melted
•1 ½ tbls. sugar
•1 ½ tbls. brown sugar, packed
•1 tsp. vanilla
•Pinch of salt
•1 egg yolk
•¼ c. flour
•2 tbls. chocolate chips
Directions:
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe mug. Add the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and egg yolk and mix until combined. Add the flour and mix together. Fold in the chocolate chips. Microwave the cookie dough for 45-60 seconds, or until cookie looks done.
MICROWAVED OAT SQUARE:
25 ml ( 5 t ) golden syrup
200 ml margarine
500 ml ( 2 c ) oats
250 ml ( 1 c ) desiccated coconut
250 ml ( 1 c ) cake flour
250 ml ( 1 c ) sugar
60 ml ( ¼ c ) mixed seeds and nuts or breakfast seed mix
125 ml ( ½ c ) dried cranberries or chopped dates
Grease 4 x 10 cm square glass dishes with non-stick spray.
Microwave the syrup and margarine in a glass bowl for 2 minutes or until the margarine has melted.
Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the syrup mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared dishes.
Microwave each batch on 100 per cent power for 2-2 ½ minutes or until firm and golden brown. Do not over-microwave as the mixture cooks from the inside and will burn inside first.
Leave to cool completely, cut into squares and store in airtight containers when completely cooled.

MICRO BROWNIES:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 level tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1. Beat egg until light. It’ll look like this.
2. Add the sugar to the mixture and mix it all up.
3. Add your cocoa powder, and again, mix.
4. Add your vanilla and, you guessed it, mix it all up real good.
5. Melt the butter and add that to your mixture. Make sure you don’t overheat your butter, you don’t want to cook the egg in the batter!
6. Pour into little custard cups or any kind of microwave safe dish. I got these little Pyrex cups (they came with lids!) just last week and I absolutely love them. They’re incredibly useful in the microwave too.
7. Place in the microwave with a few ice cubes. When you do individual cups like this, always make sure you have a larger pan underneath it. Just in case.
8. Microwave for 6 minutes. If you don’t have a rotating tray like me, turn the trays 180 degrees halfway through the cooktime to ensure even cooking.
Take out of the microwave and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, flip out onto a dish and enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream! This recipe will make two cakes of this size so tweak the recipe to fit your needs!
MICROWAVE BROWNIES:

125ml strooisuiker

NOU:
1. Sit die strooisuiker, gouestroop, grondboontjiebotter en kakao in n bak wat in die mikrogolf kan gaan.
Mikrogolf op vol sterkte vir 90 sekondes – roer dit. Nog 60 sekondes en dan haal jy dit uit. Roer dit behoorlik deur.
2.Gooi die rysvlokkies by die mengsel en meng totdat al die rysvlokkies bedek is met die sous.
3.Spuit n bak met spray en cook en druk die rysvlokkiemengsel vas in die bak.
4.In n bakkie of beker breek die sjokolade en gooi die melk by. Smelt in die mikrogolf vir 1 minuut op vol krag en roer tot dit loperig is.
5.Giet dit bo-oor die ryvlokkies en sit in die yskas.
6.Na sowat n uur kan jy dit in blokkies sny en dit eet.
Dis n vinnige nagereg , iets saam met die koffie of iets as die slaap jou ontwyk in die nag.

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
40 large marshmallows ( or 4 cups mini-marshmallows)
6 cups Rice Krispies
WHAT TO DO:
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until coated.
Press mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.
BAKING POWDER BISCUITS: [easy microwave recipes]
•1/3 Cup shortening [botter, margarien of vet]
•1 ¾ Cups flour
•2 ½ Teaspoons baking powder
•¾ Teaspoon salt
•About ¾ cup milk
•Mix Together Topping:

HERE'S HOW:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening.

• ¼ cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
• 1 egg, beaten
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• 8 marshmallows
Melt the butter in a large microwave proof bowl on High (100% power) for 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and cocoa.
Mix well to dissolve any lumps.
Add the egg and flour, and stir through with a fork.
Spoon the mixture into eight triple thickness paper patty pans.
Place around the edge of the microwave turntable and cook on High for 1 minute.
Place a whole marshmallow on the top of each cup cake.
Cook on High for 30 seconds or until the Marshmallow begins to melt.
Remove from the oven immediately.
Leave to cool.

400g good-quality chocolate;
125g butter;
250ml icing sugar, sifted;
few drops op peppermint essence;
few drops of green food colouring;
milk to mix.
Break chocolate into small squares, place half in heat-resistant bowl, add 30g butter, microwave om 50% power, 2 to 3 minutes until chocolate is soft.
Stir until smooth.
Repeat with remaining chocolate and 30g butter.
Pour into square dish, allow to set in refrigerator.
Place remaining ingredients in mixingbowl.
Beat with electric beater until smooth and creamy.
Add a little milk to mix.
Adjust flavour to taste.

Soften butter (15 seconds in microwave).
Cream butter; gradually add sugar.
Cream until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
Toss flour, baking powder, and salt to mix; add to creamed mixture and combine well.
Chill dough 1 hour until firm.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut in shapes.
Arrange 8 cookies in a ring on waxed paper.
Cook 2 minutes on HIGH.

1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
6 cups. Rice Krispies
In glass microwave safe bowl combine butter and marshmallows on high for 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
Cook 1 1/2 - 2 minutes longer on high.
Stir.
Add cereal and mix until well coated.
Press into buttered 13x9x2 pan.
Cut into squares when cool.
NESTLE COCOA CUPCAKES:
60ml cocoa
125ml hot water
250ml flour
10 ml baking powder
2.5ml salt
3 eggs seperated
60ml oil
220ml sugar
5ml vanilla essence
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix the cocoa with the water and allow to cool.
3. Sift the flour baking powder and salt together.
4. Combine the egg yolks, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and cocoa mixture.
5. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix though.
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently into the cocoa mixture.
7. Divide the mixture into 12 muffin tins lined with paper cases.
8. Bakes for 12 to 15 minutes.
To Microwave - I did not try this metod
1. Pour the mixture into a 21cm plastic ring mould.
2. Microwave on medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
MICROWAVE BROWNIES:
Fudgy , sweet and chocolate all over and made in a snap! Almost no cleaning required afterwards! What else can we ask of a recipe?

Makes: 16 brownies
• 150g butter
• 65g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 200g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 100g flour
Prep:5 mins | Cook:5 mins | Extra time:10 mins, cooling
Melt the butter in high for about 30 to 40 seconds. Add the sugar, cocoa and vanilla in that order and mix well.
Add the eggs, slightly whipping after each one. Add the flour and mix well.
Spray a microwave safe glass pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan. Cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes(the more powerful your microwave the less time it takes). Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Tip:
When you take the brownies from the oven the centre will look undone, but it keeps cooking when resting. And if you leave them overnight in the fridge, the next day they will be even more consistent.
Substitution
This recipe also works well with 3 eggs, 100g butter, 65g to 125g of flour, 45g to 65g cocoa. So, don't worry if you don't have enough of any of the ingredients, but make sure not to change more than one amount at a time!
Other ideas
You can also add 120g of nuts to the batter, or 60g of nuts and 80g chocolate chips, or only chocolate chips! Or you can sprinkle some chopped nuts or pistachio nuts (tastes great!) on top before microwaving.

Klits suiker en botter tot geroom.
Meng die meel, hawermout en sout hierby.
Behou 1 kop meelmengsel.
Druk die res in vierkantige oondbak van 20 x 20cm.
Mikrogolf op 70% vir 6 – 7 minute of tot pofferig.
PAK appelkose op die deeg. [jy kan dit ook fynmaak en dan oor smeer]
Krummel die oorblywende koppie meelmengsel hieroor.
Mikrogolf weer vir 5 minute op 70%.
Laat dit afkoel.
Sny in blokkies van 4 x 5cm om ongeveer 20 blokkies te kry.
MICROWAVE LEMON BARS:
1/2 cup. butter
1/4 cup. powdered sugar
1 cup. plus 2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup. sugar
1/4 cup. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 1 cup flour. Pat dough 1/8 inch thick into 12 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Cool. Mix beaten eggs, salt, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder.
Pour mixture over crust. Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn at two minute intervals. Garnish with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Serve warm. Makes 16 bars.
MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY COOKIE-WICHES:
1/2 cup. butter
1/2 cup. peanut butter
1/2 cup. sugar
1/2 cup. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 1/2 cup. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Jam or jelly
Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg. Blend in remaining ingredients except jelly. Cover and chill. Shape dough in small balls. Place 12 balls on baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Cook in microwave oven for 1 1/2 minutes. Cookies should still be slightly moist. Let cookies cool a little before removing them from waxed paper. When cooled, sandwich cookies together with jelly or jam filling.
CHOCOLATY PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS:

"These simple no-bake chocolate, peanut butter, and toffee treats are so easy a kid can make them. Just melt a few ingredients in a microwave oven, mix, and plop onto a baking sheet."
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup toffee baking bits
1 cup chow mein noodles
DIRECTIONS:
1.Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and cook on High for 30 seconds; stir and repeat several times, just until the chips are melted. Add peanut butter, cook for 20 more seconds to warm the peanut butter, and mix thoroughly. Mix in the toffee bits and chow mein noodles; stir to coat the ingredients with the chocolate mixture.
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper; drop the mixture onto the lined sheets by the tablespoon. Refrigerate until set.
MIKROGOLF SKUIMPIES: [mikrogolf wenners - ANNETTE HUMAN]
2 ekstra groot eiers, geskei
3 + 3/4 kop versiersuiker
5 ml vanielje geursel, paar druppels voedselkleursel.
Klits eierwitte goed met 'n menger.
Sif die versiersuiker en voeg dit saam met geursel en kleursel by. Meng baie goed tot 'n stywe "deeg".
Maak ongeveer 21 skuimpies op 'n keer.
Rol elke skuimpie [1 teelepel vol] in balletjies.
Plaas balletjies in twee rye op die buiterand van 'n mikrogolfvaste glasbord.
Mikrogolf die skuimpies vir 1½ - 2 minute by 100% krag.
[Kan ook in cupcake houertjies geplaas word voordat jy die gaarmaak.]
Lewer ongeveer 84 skuimpies.
Bêre in lugdigte houer en gebruik in nageregte, saam met roomys gemeng [gebreek]. Kan na smaak gegeur en gekleur word.

CUSTARD SLICES:
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
•1 Packet Cream Crackers
•1 liter Milk
•1 tin Condensed Milk
•1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
•3 Eggs
•2 Tablespoons Margarine
•80 ml Custard Powder
•2 cups Icing Sugar
•40 ml Boiling Water
Microwave on high – 10 + 5 minutes
Method:
1.Microwave on high, the condensed milk, milk and margarine, until boiling. Stir after 5 minutes. Will boil after about 10 minutes.
2.Beat together the eggs, custard powder and vanilla essence.
3.Add a bit of the hot milk mix to the egg mix, stir well, then add the egg mix to the milk mixture.
4.Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring about every minute.
5.Beat until smooth.
6.Arrange the cream crackers in the bottom of a greased container, pour the custard mixture over them, then add another layer of cream crackers.
7.Leave in fridge to cool completely.
8.Mix the icing sugar with the boiling water, and pour over the slices. Set again in fridge.

1 pak cream crackers
1 liter melk
250 ml suiker
60 ml margarien
120 ml koekmeel
100 ml mielieblom
10 ml vlapoeier
2 ml sout
100 ml koue water
3 eiers - geskei
5 ml vanielje geursel
500 ml versiersuiker - gesif
ongeveer 40 ml kookwater
Verhit die melk en roer botter en suiker by tot gesmelt.
Meng koekmeel, mielieblom, vlapoeier, vanielje geursel, sout en koue water tot pasta.
Voeg die eiergele by en klits goed.
Klits by die melkmengsel en roer gereeld tot dik.
Klits eierwitte en vou in die vlamengsel in.
Gooi warm vla oor die beskuitjie en bedek met nog 'n laag beskuitjies.
Kyk dat die beskuitjies in dieselfde rigting lê.
Laat afkoel.
Meng versiersuiker en kookwater tot smeerbaar.
Gooi oor beskuitjies en smeer gelyk.
EASY MICROWAVE CUPCAKES:
190 ml sugar
190 ml water
250 ml cake flour
5 ml baking powder
2 ml bicarbonate of soda
30 ml cocoa
1 extra large egg, whisked
DECORATION
200 ml icing sugar
15 ml cocoa
45 ml butter
15 ml boiling water
chocolate vermicelli or chopped nuts
80 ml butter
Method:
Mix the butter, sugar and water in a icrowaveproof mixing bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes on 100 per cent power.
Stir well so the sugar dissolves.
Sift the cake flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa together.
Add the butter mixture and stir well with a wire whisk.
Add the egg and mix well.
Spoon the batter into cookie cups, filling them three quarters of the way.
Place 6 cookie cups in a microwaveproof muffin tin at a time and microwave for 2 minutes on 100 per cent power or until the top of the cakes feel spongy. Cool.
Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Sift the icing sugar and cocoa together.
Add the butter and enough boiling water to make an icing that spreads easily.
Cover each cupcake with the icing and decorate with chocolate vermicelli or nuts.

Pak die beskuitjies in rye van drie op die boom van ‘n tertbak. Mikrogolf die melk, suiker en botter/margarine ongeveer 13min op 75% krag en roer die mengsel af en toe. Meng die koekmeel, mielieblom, vlapoeier en sout in ‘n mengbak. Klits die water en eiers saam en maak die meelmengsel daarmee aan. Klits ‘n bietjie van die kookmelkmengsel by die meelmengsel en klits die meelmengsel dan by die res van die kookmelkmengsel. Mikrogolf die vulsel vir 7min by 70% krag en klop dit elke 1 ½ min goed met ‘n draadklopper. Roer die vanilla by. Skep die vulsel op die beskuitjies in die bak en maak gelyk. Bedek dit met ‘n laag beskuitjies wat presies soos die onderste laag gepak word. Laat dit ‘n rukie by kamertemperatuur afkoel en verkil dit verder in die koelkas. Sif die versiersuiker en maak dit met die kookwater en suurlemoensap aan. Bedek die boonste beskuitjies daarmee. Plaas dit in die koelkas om styf te word. Sny net voor opdiening die vlaskywe in blokkies so groot soos die halwe beskuitjie.

Onderste laag :
Smelt botter en roer versiersuiker by. Verwyder van hitte. Roer eier, vanielje en sout versigtig by sodat die eier nie stol nie. Sit weer op stoofplaat en roer vir 2 minute op warm plaat. Verwyder van hitte. Roer koekies en pofrys by.
Druk mengsel in klein, gesmeerde oondbak vas en sit in yskas tot gestol.
Boonste laag :
Smelt sjokolade teen 70% krag in mikrogolf en roer tot glad. Smeer sjokolade oor koekielaag wat reeds gestol het en sprinkel neute bo-oor. Laat sjokolade stol en sny koekies met dun skerppuntmes in blokkies. Hou in yskas.
KLAPPER EN KAKAOVIERKANTE:
250ml suiker
50ml kakao
250ml klapper
50ml melk
250ml oats
2ml vanieljegeursel
50g (60ml) margarien
knippie sout
1.Mikrogolf al die bestanddele 4 min lank oop by 100% krag in ’n diep mikrogolfvaste bak met ’n 2 liter volume. Roer dit elke minuut.
2.Smeer met botter of bespuit met spray and cook ’n pan van 20x16 cm.
3.Skep mengsel daarin, maak gelyk met ‘n vurk.
4.Laat afkoel. Sny in blokkies van 4x4 cm wanneer koud of rol dit in balletjies en dan in klapper.

BUTTERSCITCH MARBLE SQUARES:
Baking these is a terrific activity for kids, and everyone enjoys the butterscotch taste. They are also terrific midnight snacks.
• ½ cup margarine
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon baking soda
• generous pinch of salt
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Cream margarine, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture into an 8-inch square Pyrex baking pan. Pour melted chocolate on top and marbleize with a knife. Microwave on high for 5–5½ minutes until top springs back when pressed with finger.
Serves 12.
CHOCOLATE AND NUT SQUARES IN A HURRY:
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄3 cup oil
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup coarsely chopped nuts
• ¾ cup sifted flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl mix together the sugar and eggs. Stir in the oil, melted chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread evenly in greased 8x8x2-inch Pyrex or other microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Remove from microwave and cut into squares.
Yields 25 squares.

Sit, versiersuiker, kakao en margarien in groot mikrobak en kook vir 3 min op 100% krag. Meng goed (mengsel sal droog lyk]. Voeg eier by en meng goed. Voeg koekies by en roer goed deur. Sit in gesmeerde pan (25 x 25) en sny in blokkies wanneer afgekoel het. Lekker soet vir die koue dae.
SJOKOLADEKOEKIES:
500 g versiersuiker
30 ml kakao
12,5 ml kitskoffiepoeier
30 g botter
2 eiers
2 pakkies mariekoekies
Sif die versiersuiker, kakao en koffiepoeier saam. Plaas die botter in `n diep glasbak en mikrogolf dit 3 tot 4 minute lank totdat dit gesmelt is. Roer die versiersuiker by die gesmelte botter en mikrogolf dit net totdat dit begin borrel, ongeveer 3 minute lank. Klits die eiers en roer dit vinnig by die warm mengsel in. Breek die mariekoekies in klein stukkies en roer dit by die sjokolademengsel. Smeer `n rolkoekpan en skep die mengsel daarin. Laat dit afkoel en sny in blokkies. Plaas dit in die yskas totdat die blokkies hard is.
DOUBLE BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES:
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 package (6 ounces) butterscotch flavored pieces

Set power select on high. In a medium glass bowl, heat butter 1 - 1½ minutes or until melted; stir in sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into greased 8 or 9 inch round baking dish. Set power select at Medium. Heat 7 - 8½ minutes; let stand, covered 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small glass bowl, heat butterscotch 3 -4 minutes or until melted; add food coloring, stirring until smooth.
Spread over brownies; cut into squares to serve.

Gooi meel in.
Dan suiker en kakao.
Meng.
Gooi eier in en meng.
Gooi dan melk en olie by.
Meng deeglik.
Sit in mikrogolf vir 3 min op maximum krag (1000watt).
Wag tot dit ophou rys en sak in beker.
Gooi uit en geniet saam met beker koffie.
Gooi alle bestanddele in die beker waarin jy dit gaan maak.
Het nog nie self probeer nie, maar dit lyk lekker en maklik.
Geniet dit.
CHOC CHIP COOKIE IN A MUG:

Who doesn’t love a warm, gooey, chocolatey taste of heaven? This recipe is for all you chocolate chip cookie lovers without an oven. Mix these few ingredients together and out comes a single serving of a classic dessert.
Ingredients:
•1 tbls. butter, melted
•1 ½ tbls. sugar
•1 ½ tbls. brown sugar, packed
•1 tsp. vanilla
•Pinch of salt
•1 egg yolk
•¼ c. flour
•2 tbls. chocolate chips
Directions:
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe mug. Add the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and egg yolk and mix until combined. Add the flour and mix together. Fold in the chocolate chips. Microwave the cookie dough for 45-60 seconds, or until cookie looks done.
MICROWAVED OAT SQUARE:
25 ml ( 5 t ) golden syrup
200 ml margarine
500 ml ( 2 c ) oats
250 ml ( 1 c ) desiccated coconut
250 ml ( 1 c ) cake flour
250 ml ( 1 c ) sugar
60 ml ( ¼ c ) mixed seeds and nuts or breakfast seed mix
125 ml ( ½ c ) dried cranberries or chopped dates
Grease 4 x 10 cm square glass dishes with non-stick spray.
Microwave the syrup and margarine in a glass bowl for 2 minutes or until the margarine has melted.
Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the syrup mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared dishes.
Microwave each batch on 100 per cent power for 2-2 ½ minutes or until firm and golden brown. Do not over-microwave as the mixture cooks from the inside and will burn inside first.
Leave to cool completely, cut into squares and store in airtight containers when completely cooled.

MICRO BROWNIES:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 level tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1. Beat egg until light. It’ll look like this.
2. Add the sugar to the mixture and mix it all up.
3. Add your cocoa powder, and again, mix.
4. Add your vanilla and, you guessed it, mix it all up real good.
5. Melt the butter and add that to your mixture. Make sure you don’t overheat your butter, you don’t want to cook the egg in the batter!
6. Pour into little custard cups or any kind of microwave safe dish. I got these little Pyrex cups (they came with lids!) just last week and I absolutely love them. They’re incredibly useful in the microwave too.
7. Place in the microwave with a few ice cubes. When you do individual cups like this, always make sure you have a larger pan underneath it. Just in case.
8. Microwave for 6 minutes. If you don’t have a rotating tray like me, turn the trays 180 degrees halfway through the cooktime to ensure even cooking.
Take out of the microwave and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, flip out onto a dish and enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream! This recipe will make two cakes of this size so tweak the recipe to fit your needs!
MICROWAVE BROWNIES:

Ingredients
•1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
•3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 1/2 cups sugar
•3 large eggs
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Mist an 8-inch, square microwave-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place butter and cocoa powder in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until butter is melted, 30 to 90 seconds, depending on power and size of your oven (check it every 15 seconds). Add sugar and whisk to combine. Let mixture cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour. Scrape batter into prepared baking dish.
Microwave on high until brownies are just set in center, 4 to 7 minutes, depending on power and size of your oven (after 4 minutes, check batter every 15 seconds). Let brownies cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut brownies into 8 squares and serve.
1 MINUTE BROWNIE IN A MUG:
Ingredients
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp canola oil
a pinch of salt

1.In a mug or small microwave safe dish, add the coco powder, flour, sugar, water, oil, and salt.
2.Stir to combine.

Sny die korsies af en sny dan in blokkies van 3cm x 3cm.Mikrogolf die water, suiker, kakao en botter oop vir ongeveer 10 minute op hoog.Roer die gereeld elke 2 minute goed.Voeg die vanielje by en meng.Doop die broodblokkies een vir een met toetspen of breinaald in die warm sjokoladestroop en rol dadelik in die klapper.Plaas hulle in enkel laag op ‘n skinkbord of af te koel en bietjie droër te word.Bewaar die ystervarkies in digte houer in die koelkas.
SJOKOLADEKOEKIES [ROMANY CREAMS]:
250 g margarien
½ kop kookwater
2 kop klapper
2 kop koekmeel
4 e kakao
1 t bakpoeier
1 kop strooisuiker
Knippie sout
SO MAAK JY:
Room margarien en suiker.
Voeg droë gesifte bestanddele om die beurt met kookwater by.
Voeg klapper by en meng goed.
Trek glasblad met pastiekkeelstof oor en plaas lepelsvol deeg op glasblad in sirkels gerangskik.
Bak koekies 2½ minuut op volle krag.
Wanneer koud, sit vas aanmekaar met gesmelte sjokolade.

Hier oor die groot dae soek ons mos vir bietjie sonde in die kospotte. Ons hang ons op aan al die overdaad. Nou as die kinders of die man vra vir n soetigheidjie – maak die blokkies. Ek maak dit sommer in die mikrogolf. Dis geil, ryk en lekker. Klein happies!
BENODIG:
125ml strooisuiker
125 ml gouestroop
125 ml grondboontjiebotter
15 ml kakao
750 ml sjokoladerys (Coco Pops)
180 g sjokolade
60 ml melk of room
NOU:
1. Sit die strooisuiker, gouestroop, grondboontjiebotter en kakao in n bak wat in die mikrogolf kan gaan.
Mikrogolf op vol sterkte vir 90 sekondes – roer dit. Nog 60 sekondes en dan haal jy dit uit. Roer dit behoorlik deur.
2.Gooi die rysvlokkies by die mengsel en meng totdat al die rysvlokkies bedek is met die sous.
3.Spuit n bak met spray en cook en druk die rysvlokkiemengsel vas in die bak.
4.In n bakkie of beker breek die sjokolade en gooi die melk by. Smelt in die mikrogolf vir 1 minuut op vol krag en roer tot dit loperig is.
5.Giet dit bo-oor die ryvlokkies en sit in die yskas.
6.Na sowat n uur kan jy dit in blokkies sny en dit eet.
Dis n vinnige nagereg , iets saam met die koffie of iets as die slaap jou ontwyk in die nag.

About This Recipe
"I was a little surprised that these were not posted on 'Zaar. Using your microwave and 1 bowl you can make these treats in less than 5 minutes. I have used a 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream instead of the marshmallows."
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
40 large marshmallows ( or 4 cups mini-marshmallows)
6 cups Rice Krispies
WHAT TO DO:
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until coated.

•1/3 Cup shortening [botter, margarien of vet]
•1 ¾ Cups flour
•2 ½ Teaspoons baking powder
•¾ Teaspoon salt
•About ¾ cup milk
•Mix Together Topping:
•1 Tablespoon melted butter
•1/8 Teaspoon paprika
HERE'S HOW:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening.
Stir in enough milk until dough leaves sides of bowl into ball.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface; roll to ½ inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.
Arrange 6 biscuits with side almost touching in circle on 10 inch plate lined with 2 paper towels.
Brush tops with paprika topping.
Microwave on high (100%) 1 minute.
Rotate plate ½ turn and microwave until no longer doughy 1 to 2 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute and remove to rack; repeat with remaining biscuits.
